Room was nice but it wasn't a private bathroom as stated.

The Manuchar elderly couple are lovely, and the lady gave me a nice coffee for 3 mornings upon wake up. Tea always available. Location is easy pleasant walking around Batumi to cafes and restaurants. Very pleasant small balcony; laundry was easy.

The entrance is off-putting (but once upstairs, things change for the better), and there is no signage. We also prefer paying with a card rather than cash.

The owners/couple were very helpful. The room was clean and suitable. The shared bathroom and eating area were also clean. We did not receive a key; the owners open the upstairs entrance door.

There is a window from the room to the shared balcony that does not have a good curtain. Therefore privacy in the room is limited. Also, note that you don't have a private entrance or a key to the house. However the host was very clear that we could come and go at any time.

The host was very friendly and gave us tea and coffee when we arrived. Room is next to a cozy (shared) balcony. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Location close to the water.

It's downtown, it's a very nice authentic home stay, it has a nice balcony with such beautiful flowers and a nice view. Manuchar parents are very careful, smiling and hospitable. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you so much! 🙂

Very friendly owners, we were welcomed with a coffee and warm greetings. The balcony is super cosy, great place to chill. The room itself was comfortable. Guesthouse is located in the heart of old town, everything is nearby

We loved loved this place! The couple who run it are sooo cute and made as khachapuri and were always trying to look after us despite the language barrier. Really clean. Hot shower. Good WiFi. Really good location close to seafront and central spots but still really lovely and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer!

There supposed to be Aircon but there was no aircon in th room but only in corridor and that was not enough to properly cool down the room. I did not get proper rest during my stay. First night because Aircon on corridor was switched off by owner at midnight. Second night because neighbors were arguing next door and listening to loud music till 2:30am owners decided to kick them out at night but due to all that noise I did not feel safe being there with my son. They should be kicked out immediately for such a behavior.

You can hear the people in the next room and balcony as there are open windows in the wall. The bathroom is small and 8 possibly can use it. Smoking is allowed, I could smell smoke in my room which I really disliked.

It is not a hotel. There are very tiny rooms-for-gusets upstairs in the landlord's flat. It was well below expectations. There was "private bathroom" in the description. Not in real life. Shared for 3 rooms tiny one only. Our room didn't have even a window! But it had an uncovered hole under the roof. For the fresh air I guess. And we were able to hear EVERYTHING from the public space and main flat. And everybody could hear us. It was terrible. Also there are very steep stairs.
