Location and value for money

There supposed to be Aircon but there was no aircon in th room but only in corridor and that was not enough to properly cool down the room. I did not get proper rest during my stay. First night because Aircon on corridor was switched off by owner at midnight. Second night because neighbors were arguing next door and listening to loud music till 2:30am owners decided to kick them out at night but due to all that noise I did not feel safe being there with my son. They should be kicked out immediately for such a behavior.

Lovely hosts and very nice guesthouse in the prettiest neighborhood of Batumi. We had a great stay, and we will certainly go back! Madloba!

You can hear the people in the next room and balcony as there are open windows in the wall. The bathroom is small and 8 possibly can use it. Smoking is allowed, I could smell smoke in my room which I really disliked.

Very hot in this top floor apartment.

The Manuchar elderly couple are lovely, and the lady gave me a nice coffee for 3 mornings upon wake up. Tea always available. Location is easy pleasant walking around Batumi to cafes and restaurants. Very pleasant small balcony; laundry was easy.

Room was nice but it wasn't a private bathroom as stated.

The owners/couple were very helpful. The room was clean and suitable. The shared bathroom and eating area were also clean. We did not receive a key; the owners open the upstairs entrance door.

The entrance is off-putting (but once upstairs, things change for the better), and there is no signage. We also prefer paying with a card rather than cash.

It is not a hotel. There are very tiny rooms-for-gusets upstairs in the landlord's flat. For this type of property it is quite ok: clean for example. and hosts are friendly.

Shared for 3 rooms tiny one only. Our room didn't have even a window! But it had an uncovered hole under the roof. For the fresh air I guess. And we were able to hear EVERYTHING from the public space and main flat. And everybody could hear us. It was terrible. Also there are very steep stairs.

The hotel was clean. The location was in the city center, I could reach anywhere I wanted on foot. The common areas were clean and the most important rooms were very nice. In general, I liked everything very much. And the hosts were very welcoming.

The host was very friendly and gave us tea and coffee when we arrived. Room is next to a cozy (shared) balcony. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Location close to the water.

There is a window from the room to the shared balcony that does not have a good curtain. Therefore privacy in the room is limited. Also, note that you don't have a private entrance or a key to the house. However the host was very clear that we could come and go at any time.

Amazing location, friendly hosts, very clean room

It's downtown, it's a very nice authentic home stay, it has a nice balcony with such beautiful flowers and a nice view. Manuchar parents are very careful, smiling and hospitable. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you so much! 🙂

Absolutely Perfect Location! Host and his mom are so kind and helpful.

First of all there was no private bathroom as mentioned in room details. It is shared bathroom with 3 rooms in total. The room we stayed had no window opening outside. There were only tiny windows above the wall with no glass that opens to the corridor. (It’s made on purpose so you can benefit from the AC in corridor) which leaves you no privacy at all. Because of these tiny windows, the rooms doesn’t get sun light and little bit dark tho. None of the rooms has their own AC. there is only one in corridor. One of the rooms has little fan, another one had to open the door to benefit from the AC. And ours had windows without glass opening to corridor where the AC was. I must also admit, there was no privacy but AC was cooling our room as well.
