How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Everything was very good
Very pleasant, friendly, and hospitable hosts, always ready to help with any issue. Perfect cleanliness everywhere. Frequent cleaning and towel changes. A reliable elevator that doesn’t require a long wait. Close to the sea. Shops and cafes nearby. I took a long time choosing accommodation in Batumi and didn’t make a mistake. Many thanks to Zarida and Tomas for their hospitality, responsiveness, and excellent service, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Everything was very clean and cosy! The beach is 5 min walk. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. Hosts were exclusively carefull to make our stay special❤️ I witnessed a situation when one of the guests asked for birthday candles half an hour before the surprise party and Zarida, the hostess, managed to find them quickly to make the surprise happen. She was also offerring us tastiest coffee and Georgian sweets made by herself almost every morning. Tamaz, the host, will help you to find best cafes, restaurants and leisure and will also suggest his help with everything you might need. Will stay here again for sure.

The room was fresh and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the beach was a 5 min walk and the Metrocity mall, which had a big supermarket, was nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Had one day visit in Batumi for work. Great hospitality by the hosts. Always ready to help and guide you! Room was nice too. Good for value.

Size of the beds, both the queen and the single beds in our rooms were tiny. Smell in the toilet.

The property is clean and comfortable, near a supermarket, and the lady that works there is really amazing and supports making everything okay with you. I think her name is Zaredah. She served us with home-made cake and free coffee and tea.

It is cold, very cold floor, it freezed my foots, even my body, when I sleep felt cold.
Very kind administrator. I appreciate her positive attitude towards us. View and location is really good. It is located in not overcrowded beach, first line. good shower (I don’t like bath), view, it has basically everything you need.

Outstanding hotel and service, without a doubt the best place I've stayed in Georgia so far. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful - big shout out to Tamaz and his amazing tour guiding - and the breakfast is a real feast. Great location, rooms were spotless, and very good value for money. Would go back in a hearbeat.

We couldn’t check in because of “water issue” which appeared when we said that we booked just for one night. And then we had to find another accommodation which is almost impossible

It was really hard to find the hotel. The address is wrong and no one knows the exact location. The door was partly broken, we needed to push our door really hard to close it. The sink leaked all the time so the bathroom floor was always wet. There were no shampoo or slippers.
Room is modern, nicely furnished. Cleaning lady is nice and helped us with everything she could
