Had 2 rooms- twin for the kids and double for us. The twin was significantly larger than the double. Room service and waiting in the restaurant was very very long- take 40-60 minutes into account when ordering (food is great though)

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice large pools and walking/bike riding paths. Mini golf, tennis, paddle and bowling are available 1 all for extra (bin cheap) payment. The staff is helpful and the total atmosphere around the place is calm. Really ice breakfast with various dishes. Had great time for 3 nights- wouldn’t stay longer with kids.

There is ongoing construction at the hotel. One evening, workers were drilling right under our windows until 10 PM, which was not very relaxing. In the room for me was missing complimetary "commodity set".

After reading both positive and negative reviews, I was hesitant to stay at this hotel — but it exceeded my expectations. The beds are comfortable, rooms were clean. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food. We didn’t eat much at the restaurant and not during late hours, so I can't comment on whether it gets busy in the evenings. There are plenty of attractions for kids. Some are free, like table tennis, snooker, mini-golf, and tennis. There’s also a range of paid activities such as Paddle tennis (which we really enjoyed), bowling, horse riding, golf, and a shooting range. The location is excellent for exploring the Kakheti region — if you have a car, you’ll find many wineries offering great food and wine within a 30-minute drive.

One thing I would like to be fixed is that they don’t have vegan options of milk on breakfast (but if you ask staff they will give you in cup so it’s also nice) and another thing is that gym is very small and equipment has to be fixed but outside of that everything is very good!

Place offers various attractions and activities for every visitor. You can enter with small dog, which is very very nice of them. Breakfast is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable, not small. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Hotel provided welcome drink and fruit plate in room which I didn’t expect and was very good gesture (if we take into consideration that I’m just a visitor and not some kind of influencer). I’m very very pleased with stay, wasn’t my first time and definitely isn’t last! Thank you

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – yet quiet and peaceful. One of the highlights was the live DJ Irakli set in the evening – it created such a vibrant and fun atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the night I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay and outstanding service. I’ll definitely come back again!

Really minor things. It would be great to have black-out curtains. The bed is too soft (from my taste). A bit noisy with swimming pool view.

Excellent resort, beautiful territory. A lot of activities (even you can book a flight on helicopter). If you travel with kids, there are enough activities for them as well, moreover all off these activities are safe for the kids, so parents can get some rest. We will visit again.

Although we liked the restaurant and waiters were very friendly and nice, the food itself was not that great. It was basic, which I don’t think should be the case for high-class hotel. We ordered a Caesar salad and carbonara. In salad there were more croutons than chicken, chicken pieces were tiny and the dressing was very basic as well. In terms of carbonara- the bacon was overcooked. The experience we had in restaurant was nice thanks to staff and environment, but we were expecting more from the dishes as well!

Was staying in new building- room was nice, very comfortable and soft bed, all the needed facilities available, super clean. Hotel made a little complementary surprise for us in form of fruit assortment and wine, which was very pleasant. Surroundings - mesmerizing! very peaceful, beautiful, a lot of space to walk, enjoy the fresh air and nature. A lot of activities as well to have fun while staying. Breakfast- a lot of options. I tried only pastries and salad and was content. Especially pastries- they were delicious. Staff - both at the reception and restaurant- very friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall it was a great and pleasant stay and for sure will come back!

The only suggestion I would make is to improve the kids’ menu at the restaurant by offering more variety

This is the fourth time we have been in Ambassadori Kacherti Golf Course. This time we recommended it to our friends who came with us. The staff were amazing. We arrived early and they gave us early check in because they had availability. They even upgraded our rooms which was a very nice surprise especially for our friends who visited for the first time. They even treated us with drinks and fruit platters in our room. We enjoyed walking among the green area and the mountain views were amazing. We also enjoyed picking up berries from the trees and eating them fresh. Our friends took a lot of great photos to show them to others when they travel back home. They will definitely promote it. We had lunch and the food was delicious. The breakfast had good varieties as well. It is a good place to rest and relax. We will recommend it to all our friends who come and visit.

there is nothing to do in the neigbourhood and we haven't found any decent restaurant nearby. basically as soon you're there you are better stay inside.

Everything was great! The only thing is that the breakfast could have been more varied, and the restaurant staff a bit more efficient. Other than that – everything was perfect!

We wish could stay longer

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and fresh fruits, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food in the restaurant was delicious. What impressed me most was the attention given to our pet, making it feel just as welcome as we did :) The hotel offers great sports activities, including golf and swimming, the walking area was beautiful with the huge territory provided a peaceful, spacious environment. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great amenities, and variety of activities! Special thanks to all staff including the hotel manager.
