The location and cleanliness of the hotel were good.

The shower was broken, and most of the water splashed onto the bathroom wall. Most of the hotel rooms were empty, but they didn't even bother to change the room. The breakfast on the first day was stale and incomplete. I complained and the next day we ordered breakfast from the breakfast menu.

Wifi wasn't working. Angle ceiling in the shower, unable to wash up completely due to height.

Friendly staff, spoke English. Excellent location. Large, clean rooms.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room. Ferral children running wild in reception and making unnecessary noise in the restaurant (admittedly, not really the hotel's fault, but they could have said something to the parents).

Lovely small hotel smack dab in the middle of town. Staff spoke excellent English. Great breakfast, and an easy walk to nearby grocery for any supplies you may want or need. Also nearby to bakeries and restaurants, historic sites and beautiful views of the country side.

The tourist busses arrived in the city around noon and stayed until around 5pm. They flock past the entry to the hotel - nothing that the hotel could do about it, but it causes congestion in front of the hotel.

impolite reception staff! in the photos there is a photo with a swimming pool, but it does not work. the TV in the room does not work, does not catch channels, the hotel staff had a whole day to solve this issue while we were on an excursion, but as always the service leaves much to be desired, no one did anything! terrible internet, in any cafe in the city wi-fi works fine, but not in this hotel!

The location and the view are amazing, the staff was helpful by the check in, we received an upgrade and they helped us with useful information. Close to wineries.

This hotel is definitely NOT a 5 stars hotel. This hotel is rated as 5 stars only on Booking! On the other websites is rated as 4 stars !!! The entrance reminded me of old sovietic buildings, with big, minimalistic rooms and gray floor. The same for restaurant. The walls in the room were dirty and scratched. The WiFi doesn't work properly, there are many interruptions. There is no one to help you with the luggage. The lady from the check out barely spoke English. The breakfast was poor for a 5 stars rated hotel. The pool was in maintenance, so no use of it.

Great location, very helpful staff, comfortable room and bed, great breakfast, excellent views and overall value. What is there else to ask?

The Kabadoni Boutique Hotel was absolutely amazing. Excellent location, very close to town and the city walls. Free parking directly outside. From the moment we checked in the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had room 209 that over looked the city and valley below, it was stunning. The room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and had a lovely view also. Sighnaghi is a beautiful place to visit. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nicely situated Great view from the room

Not the best WiFi

Excellent hotel. Slap bang in the centre of the town, beautiful and relaxing pool area, stunning views and friendly staff. I got a free upgrade and my room was just incredible - high ceilings, spotless, balcony with breathtaking views.

Location - excelent, View - specticulare! Breackfast - good Very friendly and helpfull stuff, clean and cozy rooms.
