Does not offer daily cleaning of rooms. Needs better control over cleanliness. Ventilation is needed in the bathroom.

I booked family room, when I go there I found they are 3 separated rooms on the same floor , I had to divide ourselves as parents so we don’t leave any of our kids alone . Beds were not comfortable and they make loud noise.

Bed a bit noisy

Great location in City Centre of Kutaisi. Lovely room with a lot of space and very clear. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I recommend to stay here!

The staff was great, polite, accommodating and helpful. They waited for us to check in at 3 in the morning due to a flight delay. The communication was super quick, the commute from the airport that they booked for us was well planned and stress-free. The hotel is value for money, good location with options for food/drinks next to it and maybe 5 minutes walk from the central square. Clean and they changed our towels the second day. I would 100% choose it again!

Family-run freindly hotel where you feel safe and welcome. Stayed one night on the way to the airport; had to leave early. Check-in and check-out are quick. Located right in the city, with a great restaurant right next door. Clean rooms with a large bathroom.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Kutaisi. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants just steps away. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond, offering excellent day trips and organizing smooth transfers both to/from the airport and even to Tbilisi. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made the stay special was the host Lasha — absolutely incredible! Friendly, helpful, always available, and willing to assist with even the most unusual requests. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kutaisi!

The shower pressure was not accurate

The rooms were very specious and lively. The stay was very clean and appreciable. The best thing about the place was its location... It was right at the centre of the city and the best location under this price. The host was also very friendly and polite which made the stay even more comfortable

The room we stayed was the only one without proper window but we saw other rooms of our friends they were beautiful. Alwayas take Suite or room with balcony they are nice.

The hotel used to be a grand old house, and it still retains a lot of charm. My room. was large with high ceilings and tall windows that let in loads of light. There was a sofa, a small fridge, kettle and air-conditioning unit. Wifi worked well. Close to the fountain in the centre and very easy to walk all.over the city. Next door is Cafe Fleur which has decent coffee. The manager was helpful. Would stay again if I'm back in Kutaisi.

The location is very good and the member of staff who was present during our stay was friendly. The hotel has an interesting layout with antiques in certain areas whilst still feeling modern. The room was clean with a light feeling and sufficiently comfortable. There's a side door one can enter/leave from with a small seating area in the grounds of the building which we were pleased to make use of in the evening. We had booked it with a filter for hotels that served breakfast as it's something we wanted from the stay but we were told that it was in fact not an option when we arrived which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, we were happy with the experience.

Everything was perfect: rooms are spacious, clean. Staff is friendly and allways in touch. Note that there are no breakfasts but there are many cozy restaurants nearby. Location is perfect too.
