Location and good enough for the value

They should have informed us earlier about the kitchen renovation and that there won’t be breakfast. Breakfast with a cost was advertised while we booked it.

The staff was very polite, the manager very helpful. Amazing location.

Does not offer daily cleaning of rooms. Needs better control over cleanliness. Ventilation is needed in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great and the room itself was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The view was lovely - we could see Bagrati Cathedral from our window.

We specifically booked this hotel over others available for a cheaper price because a laundry service was advertised. When we arrived, we were told there were no laundry facilities available and the staff member at reception was quite unhelpful. It would be helpful if the hotel updated the facilities they list.

I booked family room, when I go there I found they are 3 separated rooms on the same floor , I had to divide ourselves as parents so we don’t leave any of our kids alone . Beds were not comfortable and they make loud noise.

- no water in the shower (they were unable to fix it) - no parking contrary to what is advertised in the description (one just need to park in the street) - mattress quite uncomfortable

The management were very nice and made sure we were in a nice quiet room as we were staying for a few nights. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The place was clean. The bathroom was alright.

Overall this room was really overpriced. The bed wasn’t comfortable and only had a thin sheet, not a duvet. My back has been in pain ever since sleeping here. We left the city in the morning because of how poor the hotel experience was, it totally put us off. The setup of the rooms means you can hear people outside your door speaking all night. We decided to go to bed in the evening after a long day of travel. (Note, there is no natural light coming into the bedroom, there is only a small window in the bathroom). The bedroom door has frosted glass which lets in all the light from the hallway. We asked if we could turn this off to sleep and the staff insisted on the light staying on. Organisation must be an issue here. The man on check in came and knocked on our room door twice - once to ask for passports and once to ask when we were leaving in the morning - which he did to the other rooms around us. Never ever had this in a hotel before - totally odd behaviour.
