Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GeorgiaThe mouse! I understand that it’s an old house, but we payed for two personas, not for mouse. Hope management will fix it asap. It was noisy at night because of the wedding ceremonies. It would be nice if the host told about it in advance and we could rebook our stay. Breakfast was normal, but could be better to be honest
House was good, the same as on photos 😊 Bed was good, all facilities look great

RussiaSometimes dogs bark at night, and guests from other houses may be noisy. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you're a light sleeper, better pack your earplugs just in case.
The hotel is located in the Kiketi Farm territory, with lots of greenery and flowers. The houses have been renovated with love and good taste, and they're very clean and comfy inside. Impressed by the bath with a view! The staff is supper attentive. For a group of four, it was a great value. There is a restaurant nearby; the breakfasts were nice, just like the rest of the food. There are quite a few activities you can take part in, like horseback riding etc.

AustraliaSadly the containers are close so if you have noisy neighbours as we did it can be irritating.
Surroundings were serene. Beautiful sounds of birds. Very peaceful. The restaurant Native had a great view and good food.

NetherlandsIt was a bit loud at night, considering that the walls of the container are thin and you can hear outside noises far too well (maybe there were mice or smth like that). The heating works a bit weird too but overall is fine. For the animals I had a bit of a concern that rabbits are staying outside in a heat and sheep are scared of a dog that is looking at them so I wanted to bring the attention of owners to these two issues.
Amazing experience, very beautiful location, stunning views, the best place to wake up and pass your time. The restaurant food was a big pricey but very good, breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. They're now building a bunch of things on the territory so I'm sure it's gonna get even better.

GeorgiaWe had a wonderful stay at "Container" in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. The room looked exactly like the photos—very clean, comfortable, and with an incredible view through two glass walls. It came with a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, instant coffee and tea bags, two small bottles of water, and wine glasses. I didn’t notice an air conditioner, but the room stayed pleasantly cool. There’s also a heating system, so it should be warm enough during autumn and winter. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, always had hot water. They also provided shampoo and a toothbrush, so no need to pack those. Breakfast was included and it was tasty, it's served in the restaurant with beautiful view.

SloveniaThe only thing we missed was a bit more detailed information about the experiences on offer. We only later found their instagram account which provides more detailed info/schedule. But as our stay was short and the weather provided limited options, just being there was so nourishing that we didn’t really mind letting the days unfold on their own.
Kiketi Farm is a peaceful escape just outside Tbilisi, and one of the most revitalising places we stayed in Georgia. Our accommodation was really thoughtfully designed, cosy and beautifully in tune with the surroundings — so calming we barely wanted to leave.

RussiaThe breakfast lacked variety (most dishes feature eggs in one form or another; no pastry), however, everything we tried was OK, and the portions are big. It would be great to include some kids' options in the restaurant menu. In the bath, there was no shelf to put toiletries, so we had to put it on the floor while taking a bath (Oda 3). And some grab bars would make it more accessible.. There are ongoing construction works on the territory. It didn't really bother us, however, there is some construction waste, and it's better to pay attention, especially if you are with kids.
Beautiful place, very picturesque, close to Tbilisi. Friendly hotel and restaurant staff. Upon arrival and during check-out, you can get help with the transfer on the hotel territory via buggy car. The house-oda we booked was clean, newly equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette and bathroom have everything you need for a short stay. Our 2 years old son was super excited with the farm animals.

TurkeyGorgeous farm territory. Ideal for walks and secluded relaxation. I recommend renting one of the traditional Georgian houses. Beautiful interior design, very clean, has everything you need for a long stay. On the farm there is a bathhouse, the best service, great relaxation.

CanadaHowever, the experience was sometimes disrupted by loud, unsupervised children, especially when we were hoping for some quiet time. We were also concerned about the rabbits. These gentle animals can’t survive in temperatures above +30°C or below +10°C. They need fresh water, proper food, and a dry shelter to protect them from sun and rain. Unfortunately, their current living conditions don’t meet these needs. We strongly recommend building a proper shelter and improving their care. With these small changes, Kiketi Farm could be an even more wonderful place for both guests and animals.
Kiketi Farm is a beautiful and peaceful place — everything was well-organized, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

GeorgiaWe stayed here just for one night, but the experience was truly unforgettable. The place is a beautiful farm surrounded by nature, with animals like sheep, rabbits, and horses – it felt like a countryside retreat just minutes from the city. Our cottage was modern and cozy, perfectly balanced with the natural setting. We walked a lot, enjoyed a stunning nearby waterfall, and felt a truly peaceful, soulful atmosphere throughout the whole place. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay feel really special. Can’t wait to come back!

GeorgiaWater on sight is not drinkable, take your own and a lot as they provide one 0.5 bottle per stay per person and for the rest you have to go to cafe or restaurant to buy more. Guests should be warned about such inconvenience in advance. There are water fountains, staff told not to drink from there, but I’ve seen people doing that because there’s no sign or warning. Late checkin, as just one person was handling all guests (so understaffed). Breakfast is below average by options and taste. Staff at the restaurant is 50/50, some waiters were borderline rude. For lunch/dinner in Farm Wine and Native restaurant, be ready that menu items won’t be available, or some food is served re-heated, or you might wait long.
Location, nature, old houses were absolutely stunning. There’s nice area to hike, pretty territory, some activities. Overall I loved the experience, but some problems that are so easy to fix should definitely be taken care of.

GeorgiaThe place is perfect for slowing down and truly relaxing — beautiful nature, fresh air, animals, and almost no other guests in sight. We spent hours just sitting on the balcony, watching horses grazing in the fields and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The food deserves a special mention — it wasn’t just delicious, but also beautifully presented, like a work of art. Every detail felt thoughtful. Our son had a great time riding a horse, and everything went smoothly. The only downside was seeing animals that seemed a bit neglected: dogs kept in small concrete enclosures at the stables, and free-roaming cats and dogs that hadn’t been treated for ticks. Unfortunately, this is a common issue across Georgia. One of the horses also looked very thin, which made us a little sad. That said, the overall experience was amazing — we genuinely enjoyed every moment and would happily return. Thank you!

GeorgiaHot water decided stopping paying me a visit, so I had to finish bathing in cold water.
The location is awesome, it’s surrounded with trees and green areas, there’re also stunning mountain ranges easily seen from the area. The room itself was not huge, but it was enough for 2 to pass the time together. You have a big, full wall window with trees view and a stream under the house
