Big room and great location. Amazing potential of they fixed it up and cleaned it

1 of the 2 toilets didn't work and they smelt bad. 1 of 2 showers didn't work. Some lights didn't work. Parts of the room were dusty and the sheets didn't look clean. There was no soap in the bathroom. With minimum effort this place could be amazing, but it's not there yet

It was a nice and clean place located next to the rioni river. The rooms are very big and we had a lot of space for all of us. It's very central and close to the city center and places like green Bazar. We recommend a Picknick in the central park👌🏾 The host is very polite and helpful.

Jero is a friendly and welcoming host who made our stay extra enjoyable. He kindly offered us a free upgrade to a studio, which was a pleasant surprise. He also gave us great suggestions on places to eat and visit, which really helped us make the most of our time. The bed was clean and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While the bath amenities were quite minimal, the overall experience was still positive. The location is fantastic—close to the city center with a beautiful river view and easy access to the riverside. A peaceful yet convenient spot that adds a lot to the stay. Highly recommended for a short, comfortable getaway with a personal touch!

Booked last minute as a group of 11. Rooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for us all. The host helped organise a day trip for us to the Prometheus Caves for a good price which we really appreciated. Other than that we enjoyed the balcony in the evenings and the location of the property.

The beds themselves felt unclean, with tattered duvets and stained sheets. It was clear that underneath the beds had not been cleaned in a while and there were ants crawling along our headboard which made us quite uncomfortable. The bathroom in both of our rooms smelled awful and there was nothing we could do to improve the smell.

The garden with views of the river was amazing. The location was central and easy to reach. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they even took me with the car to get the money to pay( I forgot that we had to pay cash) the location is also kind of good and there is a parking for the car. Also the ac works well

So I was disappointed from the hygiene of the room, it had a bad smell from the toilet all over the room, There was no toilet paper. The floor was not clean and for sure had not been mopped since a lot of time. The worst was the mattresses. As soon as you lifted the sheets you could see a lot of dirt over the mattress this was totally unjustified. The kitchen seem like if is going to fall during the night and the lights of the room seem like if you are in a hospital.

Amazing view on the river. Nice court for the chlindren to wander. Clean simple and basic. Since in appears to be the old medical school dorms, i still wander wher do they live actually the students of the medical school?

Loved the location next to beautiful river, lovely views (not from window but in yard). Walking distance to the centre. Kids liked the pink Hello Kitty blankets. Went warm quickly. Hot shower.

Lack of Equipment's and appliances there's no kitchenware, stove, boil water and utensils.

The man working at King Plus was very friendly and helpful during the visit. We were able to make a last minute extension of our booking, which was very much appreciated. It's also located very close to the centre of Kutaisi.

The main issue was the lack of cleanliness of the room. It was generally quite dirty and dusty. A few examples were stained walls, mouldy fridge, rusty water kettle and sheets & towels with lots of brown stains on them. It was also missing a couple of things such as hand soap and a TV, which were supposed to be included. The heater was also very ineffective so the room was quite cold during our stay. We would have given King Plus a lower score, but taking the very low price into account (like how much more can one expect when the price is so low) and the service of the man working there, we'll give it a 5. But if you're looking for low budget options in Kutaisi, there are probably better options than this.

Price is good, staff is nice aproach.

No microwave, fridge is not working, kettle is low quality and very old, room heater is very poor.

it has really good location and a really sweet owner. It is cheaper than most places around. I recommend to everyone!
