How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is quiet, but probably due to the building structure, you can hear a lot of noise from the next room and the corridor.
The shower temperature is more than enough and I am very satisfied. The cleanliness is also impeccable.

limited types of food on breakfast, sometimes rooms after cleaning were smelling terribly. Amenities of the room were not always provided on time.
Food is amazing in the restaurant, but the breakfast is too poor. When you stay 7 days there, everyday the same poor meal is realy annoying.

Stray dogs can sometimes come into the hotel yard (don't leave children alone). The food served in the hotel's own restaurant was not that tasty. When booking, be sure to ask for a room away from the elevator.
The staff was friendly. The hotel and rooms were neat and clean. The hotel design is modern.

Ping Pong tables in the hall are great, but when someone plays it late in the evening or yearly in the morning, you can hear them in you room.
The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Huge balcony. Hot water runs instantly. Comfy bed. No dust.

Location good but nothing special near by. We just stayed at the property’s yard. Good for who travels with their car.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this place is not it. Children everywhere and god they are loud and walls are thin it seems. They wake you up from early morning so Its quiet impossible to not wake up. Saturday there was a loud party and didnt stop until 2am. Everything else is great tho.
We loved the place generally, everyone is helpful. Good food, clean, comfy beds and everything. Service is great as well.

Should pay more attention to the staff of the main restaurant which is not professional and rude.
The location is very good, deep in the forest and close to Kokhta Resort ski tracks. Fantastic nature

Food in buffet doesn't have much options for vegetarians. You have to settle for breads and oatmeals .

No negative . Just a request to add a bidet in the toilets.
Staff behavior is really good . They were completely professional and helpful. Especially the restaurant staff (Mr. Georgi and Mr. Saba) . We were served with fruits and a cookie platter which came as a surprise. And they even provided us with conseirge service while checking in and checking out which was not there In any other hotels that we have stayed in. Over all a really good experience staying at Komorebi Hotel.

Everything was perfect. There was some electricity problem, but it didn't affect our stay a lot. Stuff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious. It is located not far from the center of Bakuriani, we reached at the center about 25 minutes walking. Thank you for everything.
