The dog was quite active during the night, barking at the shadows. If you are a very light sleeper you might want to consider.

This was our final guesthouse on the trail from Mestia to Ushguli. Irma and her Family were very welcoming hosts, especially the food was excellent and plentyful. The Vila is a bit outside of Ushguli which was perfect for us, as it's less busy.

The hotel is located between two villages, has a private vehicular bridge and a large parking area. The hotel also offers breakfast and dinner with traditional dishes, horse riding with an experienced guide, the price of everything will be determined on the spot. The entire Ushgul can be seen from their territory, there are beautiful views. There is a separate bathroom reserved for tourists and you don't have to go out. There is also heating in the room. You will be greeted by friendly hosts. I recommend visiting this hotel when you visit Ushgul.

I would say I liked everything - starting with an amazing host who cooks for people whenever they want. I want you to know that you're so kind and loving, even though we couldn't communicate without Goole translate - I know you're an amazing person! This host cooked veeeery big portions, and we usually couldn't finish up our breakfasts. Two very nice dogs, a puppy and her mother. Very clean and beautiful bedrooms!

Overall great stay. Dinner was 35 lari and very good, breakfast would have been 30 lari but I didn't have it.

Some moment, the water in the restroom is not strong. One more thing, If you follow google map, it will lead the right direction but it will be the opposit site of the river.

Everything looks new. Even the location is not in the center, but you can walk only 5-6 minutes from center. However, it is worth walking because the way to this place is so beautiful. I really love the stream near this place, it is amazing.

We stayed one night in Vila Larphari with a group of 9 family and friends The location is gorgeous by the river and very short walk to the village The owners are the nicest people and the breakfasts and dinner was great They also organized a trip on horses for us to the glacier. The horses are very calm and we felt very safe with experienced guides. It will be definitely the highlight of our trip I would definitely recommend Vila Larphari x

It's mountains so don't expect good network. Since I was the only guest, they were not able to make dinner (vegetarian) for me, I would have loved to eat homemade food with the family! There is one bath/ toilet you share with the family and it's downstairs. I believe they are building another one, so it should be available soon.

The location is the best, right next to the river. I arrived at 9pm. Having booked my stay at 7pm, the hosts were not aware of it but welcomed me right away. The hosts are lovely people and didn't charge me for coffee. I could wash my shoes and clothes after a long hike. The view from my room window was beautiful. The common space is great to lounge in. I had booked for 2 nights but extended for another 2 because I loved the place so much. It's a few minutes from the center and very quiet and in the middle of nature. The hosts are lovely people.

What a place to spend some days in Ushguli... Great choice if you want a value for money room! It is a short walk from the center of the village but exactly what you need to be totally calm and enjoying fabulous views of the area! Also, the family who runs the place is absolutely polite, generous and helpful for everything you may need...

We really enjoyed our stay. Irma and her family are very kind and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Irma cooks delicious Svan food. There was so much food for breakfast and dinner, we often couldn't eat it all. She organised a couple of horses and a guide for us, too. The guesthouse is on a large property, 5 minutes from town, with gorgeous views of the mountains and fields. I wish I could have spent longer there as it is so, so beautiful. I highly recommend staying at her guesthouse.

In order to go to the bathroom you need to go outside downstairs so it is inconvenient in the winter. The way to the property in winter is very slippy.

Nice, clean room with a comfy bed. Good heater for the winter. Kind hosts. Good meals available on request for a nominal price from the hosts. Clean bathroom.

Everything was fine!

I really felt at home at Vila Latphari in Ushguli. Nelly and her family are the kindest and most wearmhearted people you can imagine. Pure Georgian hospitality. The place is unbelievably beautiful and I was lucky to experience the stunning landscape on a horseback which I did not plan but Nelly suggested - thanks for that! The hostel is modern and there was everything I needed. I can clearly say I spent an unforgettable time there. Everyone was really helpful so I did not have trouble to return to Mestia - Nelly organised everything for me. Thanks to you and your sweet family, I would love to return and next time I will definitely stay longer!

Everything was perfect.

I stayed 2 nights in Vila Latphari. The position is great, just 10 min walking from the village, close to the river, easy to find. The view on both sides is magical. Definitely ask for breakfast and dinner! The food is delicious and healthy, suitable for vegetarians, nicely decorated. The family is extremly nice and hospitable with an open heart. You can communicate in English.

The family takes everything very separately and mysterious. They never showed me around the property, and I never had a conversation with them. They are way too much reserved. I basically spend 3 days upstairs by myself. They have 2 dogs, which they let free only during the night, and they bark for the whole night and morning no-stop. I couldn't sleep at all. The toilet of the bathroom was broken since the beginning they never tried to repair it. The pressure of the shower is ridiculous low. The bed is too soft and not really comfortable. Im sorry to say that but they need a lot of improvement.

The facility is runned by a local family, The location is amazing. The food she prepared for me was really good. I had lunch and dinner, and the room was okay with a great view. There is also a big living room with couches and tables.
