Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Musty smell from drains in the bathroom; covering the drains helped. Hotel situated in a booming part of the city with plenty daytime construction at the moment. Surrounded by tall buildings, so not much view. Some furniture for the balcony would be nice for a cup of morning coffee. The desk in the room awkward to use.
Adquate breakfast with some variety and some daily variation. Walking distance to the beach, Metro City Mall and Nos. 3 and 10 bus routes. Busses accept contactless cards. From 23h00 to 07h00 it was generally quiet. Room was comfortable.

We recently stayed at Legacy Hotel in Batumi with two group bookings for 28 guests on separate dates, and both stays were exceptional. The hotel is immaculately clean, and their team went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. From their caring and responsive service to the comfortable accommodations, we had a wonderful experience. We’re already planning to return soon! A big thank you to the management and staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

The rooms were clean. They changed the towels every day. But the washroom needs to be repaired. Water doesn’t go from tap sink and from shower. I hope they will fix it soon

The only thing i didn't like is the location of the hotel. And , i requested king bed but there was queen one but it is ok .
Amazing hotel with amazing breakfast. I liked the hotel very much and everything was perfect including the breakfast was delicious !! Clean and comfortable. It is near to all markets and Grand mall.

We arrived at 4 pm, but they were not ready. I reserved 2 rooms and tehy confirmed them aboit month ago, however they did not see our reservation. They have not tea and coffe in the rooms

The breakfast could have been better. We were expecting a hot breakfast with eggs to order but there was only a cold buffet. The housekeeping was absent. Even the cups in the room were not changed and no water bottles provided.
The location was not super and far away from the city centre in a dingy street

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. After traveling all day, I arrived exhausted, only to be told that I had to cancel my reservation made through Booking.com because they had shown rooms as available that didn’t actually exist. Then, they asked me to book again through Booking at a higher price. The reception staff was absolutely unhelpful, and the manager avoided facing the problem and refused to speak with us. Rooms was okay. Breakfast was awful – everything was chosen from the cheapest quality. Later, they cut off the water, and we couldn’t even use the toilet. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
Just room was okay. Other than that it was terrible experience.

the breakfast used to always be the same, wich seemed quite modest and I don't think there was enough food for every people, because truth be told, there were lots of people but not that many food. In addition, I have to say that the bathroom was not clean at all and every time I asked for my room to be cleaned, they all were not that willing to clean despite the fact that it was their job. also, the faucet was broken which made it difficult for me to shower properly.
