Limited food options and no water activities near by. Isolated area better if you come with a car and make sure you get your groceries before going if you have no car like us.

The staff are nice and they speak English very well.. Easy to deal with Quite, clean l, and beautiful, the beach is nice.

At first, the restaurant didn’t have a kids’ menu and enough child-friendly meals, but they quickly fixed this issue the next day.

The resort was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for families.

Location and hotel territory, room is amazing. Private beach and swimming pool, pool bar. All was great. The room and balcony was huge. Shekvetilli is greenery and beautiful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave :)

It’s the best place at this seaside! Spacious rooms with an excellent view, big private territory, good pool, nice beach restaurant, and tasty food. It’s very pleasant and quiet. Everything is organized for perfect rest! Great attention to details: private beach with free equipment, and a very convenient option to leave your toys and stuff right on the beach. Sea in Kaprovani is cleaner BTW. Staff are very passionate and attentive: barman and bar staff, reception, cleaning staff (Mrs. Natalia), Palm restaurant team, and the staff taking care of beach equipment — all are doing a great job!

1) The changing rooms and showers in the swimming pool area require more frequent cleaning and maintenance. There is no equipment in the changing rooms to hang clothes or place items like a towel on a table 2) It’s understandable that check-in is officially at 3 PM, but when they see that you’re with small children, they should show more empathy and make an effort to let you into the room a bit earlier

Here I have plenty of remarks to the management. We had a week in the beginning of their season, a second week of June, maybe a first week from the opening, I am not sure… and they seemed not ready, lack of things at the breakfast and in the restaurant in general. however the two last days they finally were up to the level more or less. There were Lots of construction works which I wasn’t aware, so it was noisy even they gave me an upgraded room on the other side of the building. I understand what a low season means but then prices of everything should be much less than on a high season. The prices in their restaurant are like if it was august and if they had all the products straight from a farm, while they had nothing special, just everything from a super market. I found their restaurant super pricey and the menu boring. Not any single dish of seafood or fish was there.

This hotel has a big and warmed up beautiful pool, nice views and a beach just across the forest. I would give this place 10 points if not a few things I will talk later about in the negative part. The staff were basically very good and very polite and helpful, especially those from the restaurant-kitchen. But I have to say all of them were really trying to keep a high standard and to be super polite and nice. It was very quiet people wise so was a perfect situation for us at that moment of our life and my mom enjoyed that there were not so much people. The forest and the views from the balcony calm your soul. All those frogs singing all the night makes it cozy and puts you to sleep like in a fairy tale. I would love to visit this hotel after a high season in September to see if they improved what i mentioned in my remarks down here. Because this place is really beautiful and has a great potential.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the entire property felt clean, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The staff is truly amazing — so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. One of the highlights of our stay was that we were even allowed to drive one of the hotel’s vehicles, which was such a unique and fun experience — thank you so much for that trust! No Georgian hinkali in the restaurant

This is a third time we stayed in this hotel... This time the hotel reserved us a room, which we requested on the 2nd floor, as we traveled with 2 children. No upfront charge. Nice clean bleach, excellent location, fantastic entertainment animation program for children. Good food in the restaurant. This is the place we returned and intend to return next year. Kids just love it.

The music selection wasn’t to our taste, and more relaxing tunes would have enhanced the experience.

The territory radiated tranquility, meticulously maintained, and the ambiance was infused with the purest of airs. Every breath felt like a soft caress from nature. Absolutely no complains

The vibes of the staff are unmatched. Stayed for 4 days and did not wanna leave. The pool bar and Bachi’s cocktails are a must!! Baia, Elene and Bachi are literally the best people you’ll ever meet. The food is also some of the best food i’ve tried in Georgia and the beach is exceptionally clean and pretty. Overall 20/10 If you’re in Georgia and want a beach resort this is the place to come to🥰

Very beautiful, modern place and resort. Stuff are super polite. Sea is 5 min walk. 3 swimming pools in area. European style resort, tasty restaurant meals. Rich breakfast.
