The dog was barking at night and the bathroom was outside the bungaloo, but the Host told us that they plan to add privatye bathroom to the bungaloo as well .

The Hosts are wonderful , the location is perfect for a stay on the way /from Mestia , The place is really great for families with a garden for the kids to play and a real farm house stay . The value for money is great.

This has been the best travelling experience the three of us have had so far. The hosts are beyond welcome, the hostess cooked a delicious dinner and served home wine (the orange wine is a masterpiece, bought a bottle for my dad). At night you see a sky full of stars and in the morning you wake up to 🐓“singing” We decided to stay here again when driving from Svanetia.

A very nice place to stop at on a trip to Upper Svaneti. We stayed in a bungalow. It was spacious, cozy and nicely decorated. A huge plot of land around the house, nice views around. The hosts were very friendly and the food was amazing! A highly recommended place

Anna’s parents were the perfect hosts, friendly, accommodating and kind. Rooms are spacious and clean. Their garden Is very peaceful and was a welcome oasis after a long flight. But the most remarkable about the place is definitely the food, Anna’s mother treated us with a Burgundian Georgian dinner and ditto breakfast. Great stay. We were invited to watch the Euro’s with Anna’s father, an authentic experience.

The hosts were very nice, open-minded, and kind. They did a lot for us. The dinner and breakfast are awesome. Small museum in place, large territory, silence at night. The best place to rest. We've got an instructions for how to get several interesting places, heard some great stories.

We had difficulties communicating with the hosts because none of them knew English, but we managed in Russian. The wifi was not good.

My god, so many things were great here. The owner was super nice and showed us around and we could explore the farm with all the animals and a garden. The hotel itself is cozy and moody, one of its kind. Our room was huge and all the facilities were satisfactory. We got a tasty and diverse breakfast and dinner. The whole place is so beautiful one could spend a whole week exploring the area. Also the water dam is close by.

There is no such thing!!!

We came to the hotel late at night, at 1:00 AM. The hotel owner not only kindly agreed to meet us at this late hour, but also invited us for supper, because we were tired. The place is aside of the road, so peaceful and quiet. The garden is green, beautiful , well maintained and has a lot of plants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is warm and kind - whatever you need whenever you need. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, and contains local organic products. The water is fresh and one may also pull some water from the well in the yard. There is plenty of place to park the car. It is a pleasure to walk in the beautiful yard with plenty of trees and flowers. The hotel owner tells you what are the beautiful places nearby, and it is really worth going there We will gladly come back again!

Unfortunately we reached late in the evening, It would be better if you reach early and spend more time in this guest house. It’s worth spending time and staying here more time.

The place was perfect for our stay. We didn't expect it this good and beautiful at the time of booking, but it was beyond our expectation. It was exceptionally good. The hosts were very welcoming. The room was spacious enough, neat and clean. We selected the bungalow villa. Very good with a village like ambience. The garden set around, trees and nature around the bungalow gave us a great feel and pleasure of staying, with a water well in the middle of garden where we get fresh cold water and many trees( we got to eat fresh apples, berries). They have a proper car parking space. Worth of money. Very much satisfied.

I booked a room with an advertised private bathroom, but I got a room with a shared outdoor bathroom instead. Eventually, an arrangement could be found. But if it's an important detail for you, I'd advise to double check beforehand to avoid disappointment.

The place is big and clean, with a huge outdoor area and cozy sitting spots for a very fair price.

It is not a good place to visit during cold months. Room and bathroom were extremely cold hence the low rating. The bathroom could be cleaner.

Helpful hosts, even tho the main host didn't know English we had no problems to communicate with him with his daughter help via whatsapp. Tasty food and homemade wine. Before we left host showed us the traditional way of living of Georgian villager which was a nice touch :)
