The only thing I didn’t like was that our stay was so short!

A place with soul – felt like home I don't even know where to begin – this place truly has a soul. The family who runs it is incredibly kind and welcoming. From the very first moment, I felt completely at home. The room was lovely, the pool was clean and relaxing, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and discreet. Everything was just right. On top of that, the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious – fresh, homemade, and served with care. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would gladly return!

The road to the house was unpaved

The whole compound, well maintenance and swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Feel totally relax.

Excellent home stay. We had a beautifully new renovated room with windows on each side looking out to the green forest. The bed was comfortable, good hot shower with great water pressure. Our lovely host cooked both dinner and breakfast for us which was amazing and I’d highly recommend! The driveway is on gravel but easy enough with a 2WD so no issues. Great place to stop on the way to Mestia as the road after Jvari is long & requires constant attention to avoid pot holes and bad parts of the road.

Just to be aware that the road to get to the property is unsealed, but we managed fine in our two-wheel drive rental car, so it shouldn’t be an issue for anyone.

Our host was very friendly and helpful and the place is very beautiful and peaceful. We recommend booking in for the home cooked dinner with wine - it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for making us feel at home.

nothing it was perfect

The place was amazing, the view breath taking, the room quiet and has all the necessities. But most of all the hosts were very very nice. The couple were extremely hospitable, and they even research my country of origin to offer me halal food. I had the best night in Georgia there using the pool both early in the morning and late at night. Would 100% go back again and would recommend.

The house owner Katrijn was very lovely, very hospitable and nice. The rooms were clean, good AC. Good shower with hot water. Location and scenery is very pretty. Had Georgian dinner which was superb! Very good food and homemade wine. Also had breakfast which was very good and full. The owner has cute dogs out girls played with. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful property, beautiful garden, pool and views. People usually stay there for 1 night while travelling to svaneti, but it is also great place to relax. During the fog place was mistic and magical. Great hospitality. Our host Ketino is cute, lovely woman. They also have small friendly dogs. You can go for hiking "intsra waterfall" (bus not in rainy days). supermarkets are in the center of Jvari. You can have breakfast there for 20 gel per person. and dinner for 25 gel.

Charming and remote location in a rural area. Clean rooms. Extremely hospitable and friendly host. Plenty of opportunities to chat and connect with the host. Infinite pool by the house.

For us the hardest thing was to leave 😉

Little paradise - if you are looking for a place to relax surrounded by nature you can hardly find any better. Take the breakfast and dinner option and you will get delicious homemade food. The rooms are very nice, clean and offer a great view. Apart from that, the family running the guest house is exceptional. We loved it all and highly recommend a stay at Kokhta guest house.
