Very nice property with lovely pool and really nice host!!

Everything, especially the room and the pool.

Nothing.

A place with soul – felt like home I don't even know where to begin – this place truly has a soul. The family who runs it is incredibly kind and welcoming. From the very first moment, I felt completely at home. The room was lovely, the pool was clean and relaxing, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and discreet. Everything was just right. On top of that, the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious – fresh, homemade, and served with care. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would gladly return!

The only thing I didn’t like was that our stay was so short!

We loved the peacefulness of the whole area. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly. We immediately went to the pool, which has stunning views, and later had some food we had brought with us. The hostess surprised us with two glasses of homemade wine, which was delicious, and I thought it was a very lovely gesture on her part. She asked us if we wanted breakfast, and the next morning she surprised us with a feast that included everything: fruit, coffee, toast, vegetables, local cheese, and homemade jam. It was a very pleasant experience that we stumbled upon, and we would definitely do it again.

The whole compound, well maintenance and swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Feel totally relax.

The road to the house was unpaved

Fantastic place with a pool facing the mountains. The hosts are really friendly and welcoming and provide you with a home-like experience. If we could, we would definitely have stayed more nights!

House photo is misleading

Excellent home stay. We had a beautifully new renovated room with windows on each side looking out to the green forest. The bed was comfortable, good hot shower with great water pressure. Our lovely host cooked both dinner and breakfast for us which was amazing and I’d highly recommend! The driveway is on gravel but easy enough with a 2WD so no issues. Great place to stop on the way to Mestia as the road after Jvari is long & requires constant attention to avoid pot holes and bad parts of the road.

We want the Kokhta family to adopt us. It was so nice. Can 100% recommend. The dinner is amazing.

Our host was very friendly and helpful and the place is very beautiful and peaceful. We recommend booking in for the home cooked dinner with wine - it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Just to be aware that the road to get to the property is unsealed, but we managed fine in our two-wheel drive rental car, so it shouldn’t be an issue for anyone.

The place was amazing, the view breath taking, the room quiet and has all the necessities. But most of all the hosts were very very nice. The couple were extremely hospitable, and they even research my country of origin to offer me halal food. I had the best night in Georgia there using the pool both early in the morning and late at night. Would 100% go back again and would recommend.
