Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Convenient area - walking distance to carrefour, Isani mall (minivan to Armenia), many dining options. Hotel is quiet, the windows are soundproofed. Receptionist friendly and speaks English. Just one metro station from the city centre.

United KingdomI found that washing baby clothes (1 load) for 50 lari is very expensive. In the city I did 2 loads + drying for 25 lari. Convenience sure is something that needs to be paid for but 50 lari is a lot. Plus breakfast is slightly expensive in my opinion.
Facilities in general are very good, bathroom is clean, every piece of equipment is new, I was particularly delighted with the cot that was provided it looked new, with a clean mattress, clean sheets. Communicating with staff was also pleasant.

IndiaThe distance is on a higher side from the main place, but not to worry about it as you get taxi all around the clock and doesn’t cost more than 10-12 Laris one side. max 10-12 mins Secondly not a lot of options for Breakfast but the staff is helpful in cooking for you something if u want. Lift is on the First Floor which is technically around 20 steps from road level, so be prepared for that effort.
The hotel is very nice and very well kept, super clean and staff is also very helpful. Very Very Safe to stay no fear of theft or anything of that sort. Staff is very nice and ready to help anytime for anything, cleaning is everyday. A great value for money even if you incorporate the taxi fare of traveling 2 times in a day to the main area.

IsraelThere was a whole kitchen in our room but no tools to use it for cooking.
The room was really big and comfortable. You can check in at any hour, which helped us a lot. We asked for a wide shower that can fit two people and we got what we wanted. The staff were really nice and the breakfast was also very nice and abundant.

RussiaThe only disappointment was breakfast. It was instant!!! coffee, some pieces of khachapuri. bread, a bit of sausage and tomato with cucumber. It's not even a hostel breakfast but a waste of money. Any street cafe is much better and cheeper.
A very clean hotel with nice design and quite spacious rooms (I lived in a regular room and a family suite). Comfortable beds and pillows, good wi-fi and friendly staff make the hotel worth its price.

PolandLocation was pretty bad, we had to take a car every time we wanted to go somewhere and also, there was no washing machine
It was good, the staff was really nice, they gave us red homemade wine when we checked in. The room was clean and had everything we needed except for a washing machine.

United Arab EmiratesThe cleanliness was a bit questionable as the blanket in my room smelled like it wasn't washed regularly, which forced me to use the bath towels as my blanket :( The bathrobe and some of the bedsheets had a few stains too.
I like that the room had a mini kitchen. Although the stove wasn't working, there was a microwave anyway so that was ok with me. The property is really close to the metro station and a mall that had Carrefour. Very convenient in my opinion!

MontenegroIf you're looking for a good stay around Samgori and Isani, I'd recommend MD Hotel. Good furniture, carpets, bathrobe, everything works properly. You'll most likely be welcomed with a signature hotel wine. It's a pleasure to stay there and staff is very friendly! It's indeed refreshing and I'd say this hotel stands out from many others.

NetherlandsI’ve booked the apartment around 22:30 yesterday evening and chose this place because of the ‘24/7 reception’. Ive communicated that we would be there around 23:30 and they approved. When arriving, there was nobody to open the door and we were waiting for 25 minutes for a reply with a crying baby. Afterwards they lied that somebody became ill (in that 1 hour) and that we got a better apartment (which also is not true). In the apartment the shower head was broken and everything was of low quality. Their phone number is also not working and they need to learn how to properly communicate.

LithuaniaWorst of worst, you cant even sleep there due to nonstop honking of horns in the street, the room was dark with only a little bit of sunlight, the mattress in the bed broke my neck and back, the internet was unpredictable, it loads pages very slow or does not load at all, sometimes disappear. There were no hot water when I arrived, so the girl from reception came to the balcony of my room and turned on the hot water heater on, wtv, why it is not turned on before I arrived? There were no frying pan or pot, the girl in reception told me "I know"!!! So she gave me dirty, nasty pan and pot from the kitchen, I did not even cook with those because they were so nasty. It is ridiculous how bad the hotel was.

QatarThe room wasn't clean, there were literally insects and ants in the bathroom. The view wasn't as advertised, it was absolutely terrible. The elevator barely fits 3 people and feels prehistoric. You will have to carry your bags for half a floor, because somehow whoever designed the building a million years ago decided that the elevator should notstart from the ground floor.
The price wasn't too bad
