Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsEverything was exceptionally good. The place was like in fairytales - everything made out of wood and other raw materials, in the heart of nature. The hosts were very welcoming and pleasant, and the breakfast was all home made. Cleanliness 10/10. The place is exactly like in the pictures.

NetherlandsThe old Georgian house and the rooms are absolutely beautiful and so well decorated. The garden is big and has a lot of cute spots to sit and enjoy the calm of the area and some wine. We also really enjoyed the food, both breakfast and dinner. The hosts were very kind and welcoming

This place is once in a lifetime experience. It's like living on the fairytale. Everything is very authentic and give you a feeling you are back in time. The whole place is around the what the property can offer to its guests. There are beautiful sitting areas all over the place and you can enjoy just by walk around the property. The food they serve is delicious and homemade. Its hard to tell in words what you experience when you stay there. This place is just magical

GeorgiaWell, not pleased to mention, but breakfast needs to be improved, and enriched. There are not many options to choose from. And the lunch/dinner menu is definitely overpriced. That could be the only thing that didn't meet our expectations.
My friend and I loved our 2-night stay in this boutique hotel, which actually is a renovated Gurian Oda house, built all in wood; therefore, you don't have to expect good soundproofing. However, it's never a big deal if you're seeking for an authentic experience. You'll think that the biggest WOW is once you step in the gate and have a first look from outside, but wait till you take the stairs leading to your room through a balcony decorated with old wooden furniture and ancient rugs, and there you are! try not to burst into tears of joy! A well-decorated room with perfect lighting, the fluffiest bed, and soft linens, oh, and the shower! small but cozy and well-equipped (the only thing we thought needed to be improved was that the sink could be set a little higher). Once you're done chilling in your room, get a glass of wine and take a walk in the yard, chill again in hammock, or wooden chairs till you reach the vineyard. You can even enjoy the sunset from there. PRAISE TO THE STAFF! The hospitality of Georgians will leave you speechless wherever you should go! You're always welcomed as their close one. We didn't have a chance to meet the actual owner, though there are just 3 people who run the place daily. They're always ready to meet your questions and needs. But we're certain that Zurabi deserves the biggest shoutout! The perfect caretaker of every guest. On our first night, he hosted us and the other guests with their wine and the fresh fruit plate (STRAIGHT FROM THE YARD!), shared the story of the house, and even helped us to plan the next day of our stay. Last but not least, please don't hesitate to give goodbye hugs to everyone!

EstoniaI think this might be one of the nicest hotel I've stayed in in Georgia. The garden is lush and stylish with lots of space to relax, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, the food is very tasty. If coming by car, there are lots of worth discovering places near the winery.

BelgiumPortions for dinner are rather small and you need to order carefully a la carte. It is not your typical georgian overload of food, on the contrary. Count 130 gel for 2 soups, eggplant starter and 2 quails and wine. Left the table still feeling hungry
Beautiful house and room decoration. Garden a pleasure to explore. Food very refined and tasty, good cook.

United StatesThis place is such a treasure. So beautiful, well-thought-out, and friendly staff. We were given lots of tea when we first arrived and the most spectacular breakfast in the morning. The grounds are stunning (tea bushes, grapes, beautiful vegetation). Would most definitely return.

AustraliaIt’s a lovely place but a little bit expensive for what you get. Restaurant meals are good but rather pricey. For us English speakers, communication with any of the staff was difficult if the daughter ( who spoke good English ) was away.
The family have made the winery property very beautiful with little sitting places amongst the vineyard. Interesting old cellar pots were shown to us which may be hundreds of years old?Nice verandah area to relax on. The breakfast provided was excellent and substantial. All the cooking is home based and very good. The rooms were nice and cozy and comfortable and well furnished.

GermanyWe ordered dinner at 7pm, got there for at 7.02pm and our chicken and roast veg meal was on the table waiting, cold. As it was our wedding anniversary, we expected a less rushed experience regardless of the Birthday party group.
We felt very looked after and has been one of the best stays we've experienced in Georgia. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety and the place itself is very picturesque.
