Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelThe hotel is pretty far from the city center and not much to see or do in the area but of course we knew that and it is a good location and hotel for its price range
The stuff is super friendly and helpful with every request. The room is pretty big and was super clean and had nice strong air conditioning. Very good for the price. I will definitely book it again.

Sri LankaI had an amazing stay at Mogzauri Tbilisi! The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, making it super comfortable. The staff, especially Dito and Nino, were incredibly friendly and helpful – they truly made us feel like part of the family. We travelled with our one-year-old, and they went above and beyond by providing a cot and even baby food, which made our stay so much easier and more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, the service was great, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Georgia. Definitely a top choice for a memorable and enjoyable stay!!

ArmeniaThe only exception is the location. I recommend the hotel to those who don't need to rush to the city center regularly and arrive there at the exact time: traffic jams are regularly heavy, and there's only one highway connecting the downtown and the neighborhood where the hotel is located.
Everything is really great - service, rooms, breakfast. The staff is very helpful and welcoming

CanadaI have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself. Everything about Hotel Mogzauri was great, and I will absolutely stay here again next time I visit Tbilisi. I do want to note a couple of things about the neighbourhood for anyone who might have mobility issues or environmental sensitivities: 1) In terms of city planning, Didi Dighomi is not the most walkable area of Tbilisi. The immediate area around the hotel lacks pedestrian infrastructure, so if you want to explore the residential neighbourhood on foot you can expect to dodge cars as you walk along the shoulder of the road. Drivers are watchful, so I didn't personally have any issues, but I can see how this is not be ideal especially if someone has a mobility related disability. You may also find yourself needing to get a taxi for short distances because of the way that major motorway infrastructure is planned. 2) Air quality can be hit and miss - this is an issue throughout all of Tbilisi, with some areas being a little better than others. In Didi Dighomi, due to this area being less walkable, pollution from traffic and industrial activity can at times accumulate. I think this is worth noting for anyone who might have respiratory issues or allergies, and who might be visiting Tbilisi for the first time. Areas with more pedestrian infrastructure and greenspaces might have slightly improved air quality, but you will also pay a much high price for your hotel.
Fantastic small hotel in Didi Dighomi. I stayed here two nights while transiting through Tbilisi, and I would absolutely stay here again. I set my expectations according to the staggeringly low price I paid, but I have to say this place competes on equal footing with mid-range priced budget hotels. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I experienced a language barrier when speaking with staff in-person, but they were super patient with me as I relied on my translator app. We had a couple of good laughs about some mis-translations. My room was really spacious, very clean, equipped with a generously sized fridge and dining table, and had all of the basics covered for comfort: slippers, robe, towels, iron, toiletries, and lots of clothing storage space. The hotel has good wifi and my room was equipped with lots of electrical outlets for all of my device charging needs. Bed was large with a firm mattress and the windows were massive, which was great during the day to have lots of sunlight and nice views of the mountains at the edge of the city. The location is also very convenient in terms of proximity to shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs - everything you might need within a 15-minute walk. Also I want to say an extra big thank you to hotel staff: my flight arrived during the wee hours of the morning (basically still night). I had pre-arranged with the hotel to store my luggage until I could check in later that day, but when I arrived they had already prepared my room and I was able to check in immediately. I'm very grateful to them for making this possible as I was able to crawl into bed and sleep off my exhaustion from travelling!

GeorgiaHowever, there was one less pleasant incident: initially, I was given a room with used, dirty towels and linens. Thankfully, the staff quickly resolved the issue by providing another room. I believe it was just an oversight, and I later received an apology from the management. This incident did not spoil my overall impression of the hotel, as the warm atmosphere and helpful staff truly stood out.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel despite an incident that I will mention below. The interior is lovely, and new, and the room was warm and comfortable (I stayed during winter) with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help resolve any issues.
