The hotel location is fantastic. Right on Freedom Square, near Rustaveli Avenue, close to Galeria Mall, restaurants and bars. The staff was great. Special thanks to Saba at reception. Breakfast was served in an individual tray, with great presentation and variety of food (warm bakery, fresh fruits, juice, eggs). The room was nice, with a very comfortable bed and good sound proofing.

Very minimal furniture, very less space to keep luggage if you are traveling with bigger baggage. No bidet in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at the Monograph Freedom Square in Tbilisi, and my experience was a mix of excellent and disappointing aspects.However, my experience was marred by the behavior of the reception staff. Unfortunately, they came across as rude and seemed to harbor a bias against certain communities or individuals. I found this attitude to be not only unprofessional but also unsettling. In my extensive travels, I have never encountered such behavior at a hotel reception. It's a shame, as the hotel itself has a lot to offer. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and provide a more welcoming experience for all guests.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to all major attractions. The rooms and amenities were also top-notch, making for a comfortable stay

Floors of the room require good cleaning cream colour floors with black marks make you feel uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't as in 5 stars. Overall, the hotel is not 5 stars at all!

I’m not sure why this is rated as a 5-star hotel. It didn't even have basic amenities like toothbrushes in the bathroom, and we had to call for everything else, such as an iron or hairdryer. Our room was in an upper section of the floor, so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs since the lift only reached the main floor area—not ideal if you have heavy bags. During check-in, when we were making the payment for our stay, we were prompted to tip the reception staff. I found this very unusual, as we had just arrived and hadn't yet interacted with the staff enough to warrant tipping. Additionally, the choice of a cream carpet in the room seemed unwise, as it was very dirty. Overall, I feel only the location deserves a 5-star rating.

There was no porter for luggage.. there was no shattaf in the toilet ... I think many Muslims and non Muslims are now tending to stay in hotels where they have water cleaning shattaf next to the toilet seat .

The location was excellent 👌... the staff were pleasant and cooperative.. rooms were very comfortable..breakfast was good... bathroom amenities were excellent... in general our stay was very comfortable and pleasant..

The hotel is really not 5 stars For two days we didn't have hot water in the shower, we alerted the receptionist in the evening of the first day and he said it was taken care of, but on the night of the second day there was still no water, just a shame that in a hotel that defines itself as a 5 star, we couldn't shower for two days and all they had to say was sorry. Only after we argument with them and told them that it's disrespectful to tell the customer just sorry after two days he didn't shower ,they give us 10% and that too only after a fight and in an unserviceable and angry way The clerk who took care of us was not professional and did not give service like a 5 star hotel should give in such a case I really do not recommend

Until 00::00 you will can't sleep because there a lot of noise outside the hotel (homlesses singing and dancing loudly until 00:00 all day )

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, although not exceptionally attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, but they didn't go above and beyond. Housekeeping services were available only between 9 am and 6 pm, which seemed a bit restrictive.

I recently stayed at MONOGRAPH and had a mixed experience. The hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest selling point - right in the city's heart, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and attractions.
