We liked the property(!) but with the summers getting hotter, a shaded veranda and shading the windows to avoid overheating of the rooms might be a good thing to add.

Mountain House is a small but wonderfully located mountain cabin, divided in four identical rooms with small bathroom, balconies and large panoramic windows with a breath taking view. A small shared rustique kitchen in the groundfloor/basement allows for self-catering and chatting with the friendly owner, if he’a around. (An elder gentlemen and true master of Google Translate). We enjoyed our stay, hiking and chilling. If you dont want to self cater and carry all food up the steep mointain (1km:130m) there are also 3 restaurants nearby. The owner facilitated access to the village parking, so we could avoid the hassle with the off-village parking and taxi service. Also after having seen the other options in Juta, we (a family with teenage kids) would return again to the same place.

The hotel is nestled in the mountains, and as soon as you step out of your room, you're greeted by a stunning view of the peaks. You can start hiking right from the hotel, either towards a waterfall or a nearby lake. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady. For an additional fee, you can order breakfast and dinner, which is really convenient.

The location of mountain house is absolutely beautiful! The beds are very comfortable with a view to the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they brought us medicine because one of our friends got sick.

the walls can be thin. the toilet/shower arrangement is a bit weird but ok for the night.

the location is great. it is before fifth season but still has greta view. the house only has 4 rooms so it is not crowded. the owner was great. his daughter speaks English well. the owner (uncle) doesn’t speak English but used the google translator to communicate. If you need them to prepare dinner and breakfast, it is recommended to tell them in advance. simple dinner and breakfast can be arranged. hot water was available all the time.

The bathroom facilities were pretty basic - but, again, I expected that.

We were hiking the Juta trail, so the location of Juta Mountain House and its views were absolutely amazing!! The accommodations are pretty basic (which I expected), but it was comfortable and the bedding was quite nice. But the best part was that we had arranged for dinner and breakfast to be provided for us in the facility's kitchen - and it was served to us by the owner, Jeko Arabuli, who was an absolute delight (and the food was so delicious and local)!! We learned a lot about the area's history, and it made a decent stay into such a meaningful one :-)

It’s too expensive if you stay with 2 people, as they charge you double the price (although you book the whole room as a single person). There are places near by with better standards for same or less money if you travel as a couple/group of friends. Plus the owner knocked at our door at 10:30 pm (!) to collect the payment although we agreed at check-in to pay at check-put since they wanted cash. Very disturbing in my opinion.

It's really important to understand that the road to Juta is closed 9-6 and opens only 6pm to 9 am. Also important to know that the mountain houses are not accessible by car. You will walk 10-30 minutes, depends how far in the village is your place

The washroom is very small also the toilet itself is on the floor which is not comfortable at all. Also only half roll of tissue provided. No bottle of water given to the guest. The owner told me to drink tap water. I check in for 2 person but only get 1 towel. Also no hair dryer. Also it’s so hard to communicate with the owner as he doesn’t speck English. When I ask for breakfast he mentions that I can go eat at fifth season hotel. In fifth season hotel the price of the room is cheaper also provided breakfast.

Location is good as it’s on the top of the mountain so the view is nice.

I didn't like everything except the view. The bed and bathroom were uncomfortable, and the kitchen was difficult to use for anything other than boiling water. Cards are not accepted at Juta, so you must bring enough cash. Booking.com and the hotel didn't notify me in advance, so I had a problem checking in for about 2 hours.

The owner is very nice..always keep in touch with us. Find the taxi for us even the roaf yo the village is closed. The hotel provided us the dinner...very happy and enjoy.
