Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The stay was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep throughout our visit. Cleanliness was excellent, both in the rooms and common areas. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and attentive, responding quickly to any requests and leaving a very positive impression of the service.

BelarusThe room was understandably quite chilly in late October, it took the air conditioning a while to warm the room but there were extra blankets, so we slept comfortably. The shower was not separated from the toilet in any way, not even a curtain, which is a bit inconvenient
Excellent location, stunning views, friendly hosts. The river outside is both spectacular and works as a lullaby. Quite comfortable and very close to the National Park. Good value for money
