The rooms were not that clean honestly. There was hair in the carpet and they didnt clean the rooms while we stayed there. All in all, you could get better for what you paid for but the stay was enjoyable.

The location is amazing. Right in the old town. The beds were comfortable.

It might be noisy sometimes, the cafe area is located just beneath the rooms so you can hear all the noises if there are people sitting on the tables. The bedroom, the bed, the sheets and the bathroom are clean. But there is a mold problem on the silicons in the shower cabin. They have to be taken off, cleaned and replaced by new ones.

Location is great. It is a cozy and warm hotel, nicely decorated inside and outside. The staff is always helpful about the requests of the guests.

Don't get me wrong the breakfast looks amazing very well presented and cooked by the wonderfull staff. It's just not for me I hope they served more or some meat next time.

i love the location it's very accessible to everything. it is located in the heart of the city just less than 5 minutes walk. neighborhood is safe even late nights.

The property is in the deep heart of the old tbilisi, just a walking distance to freedom square, restaurants are everywhere, i like the vibes arounds the hotel, the hotel was really quite and peaceful. Highlybrecommended.

Parking. Narrow streets and not easy parking. But, it is part of the old city.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect as it's exactly right in the center of the city. There are a lot of great restaurants, shops and interesting touristic places nearby. The staff are all very professional, friendly, and ready to help with their smiles all the time. Especially Viki with her smile face. The breakfast is good. Like at home.

Why do hoteliers install shower equipments you need half an hour to understand how it works and where hot water is arriving only after 10 minutes??

A very nice boutique hotel with 6 quiet rooms in the old town of Tbilisi, very close to central Liberty Square. I moved from 1st to 2nd floor, room 203, and enjoyed the brightness, the peaceful atmosphere and the and the view. Tastefully decorated and equipped room with everything you need in a hotel room nowadays, including WIFI. The breakfast on the small terrace with local products was marvellous. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor, but I didn't eat there.

A small nicely renovated hotel in a dead end street, so it's quiet. I appreciated the nightly airport pickup and helpful staff. The wifi worked well, breakfast was tasty. I recommend it for a short visit to Tbilisi, I was satisfied
