Large spacious room. Even with a balcony. Warm radiators. Warm towels dryers in the bathroom. Additionally there is air conditioning. I was pleased with the welcome drinkable water and disposable dental kits. Next to the hotel there is a shopping center with several cafes. And additionally in the area there are small cafes. The hotel is within walking distance from the metro.

The internet connection was absolutely terrible and made impossible to work from the hotel room. Very strong sigarette smell in the lobby and corridors. The electic kettle leaked, the iron leaked, the frige leakedz, the toilet needed some dancing around to use))). Though the fridge was replaced very quickly, so not an issue. I'm not sure what garden they talked about in the description, the hotel is stucked between constraction site, auto repare and a busy road.

I really loved the staff. Everyone was very nice and accomodating and very pleasant overall. Everyone was very quick and ready to fix all the issues. Really close to the Metro Station (5 minutes) and a mall.

The property is VERY WELL MAINTAINED! Clean, fresh, convenient. The room has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay. It’s close to main attractions, located not too far from the downtown. THE OWNERS ARE SUPER KIND AND CARING!!!! The walls are quite thin and sometimes you can hear people talking and walking. Otherwise all good.

The shower was leaking more water on the floor than on us, and at times cold. We didn’t want to use the balcony because there was often a smell of smoke. The mattress was old and pushed us towards the middle. The WiFi frequently disconnected.

I booked for 2 nights checked in next day of my booking, and directly ask to cancel second night for private reasons to meet my family, but unfortunately no one was helpful and I paid for 2 night and just stay in the hotel 5 hours , actually it was a hotel decision because they could easily refund 1 night cause I work in a hotel and I know that system.
