straight up, in the top of the village, not easy to find and to come to reach to place with the car cause in a little one way street but the lady come to help me, she did not talk english but we called her soon (owner) who translated :) big dog but nice

We booked this place with our 11 month old and asked for a cot (and got a confirmation from the host that they had it). Upon arrival, the host told us they misunderstood the question and had no cot available. We would have looked for a different place to stay if we knew there was no cot available. There was little effort in trying to find a solution, so that was the only downside to our stay.

The location is very good and the view from the room spectacular. The room is big and has the most important things you need. The bed is okay.

It was a bit difficult to find, as there are no exterior photos on Booking and the property has no signage. Parking is possible on the street, but the street is very narrow and access can be challenging.

The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. The accommodation is clean and cozy.

Cozy apartment with amazing view from the window. Small balcony where you can sit with cup of coffee and enjoy your time in Borjomi. Friendly and hospitable host. She helped us for any our questions.

The view was so beautiful! Great mountains and nature all around. Do note that it was entirely up a steep hill but not far from town.

Loved this stay - the room is very cosy with beautiful mountain views. You can see Mountain Views from the bed - a joy to wake up in. There is a little balcony as well. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were great. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They have a big dog that some people might be frightened of at first but it was very sweet and didn’t bark at all. The steps up to the room were slippery when wet - use the handrail. Some grip should really be added. No washing machine.

To reach the property you have to climb the slope ( but it is worth for the view ) Tip: Follow google maps it shows the correct way to reach the property.

It was a great experience staying at this property. It was near the centre. Very peaceful environment with a great view. All the amenities were provided by the owner.The room was exactly the same as it is in the photo provided. A very clean and aesthetically pleasing apartment was provided. The owner is very friendly and sweet. I really enjoyed living here. I would highly recommend it!!

It was a bit tricky to find as there’s no plate with the name but host sent extract coordinates beforehand.

The room was spacious and light, with lovely design, balcony, and good facilities. The kitchenette had everything you might need for a short stay. Also, it was warm inside plus great water pressure. The hosts are very nice people and let us do our laundry at their place for free (they live downstairs).

The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, offering a marvelous view that made my trip even more memorable. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Highly recommended!

At first I had a problem with finding the house, but when I got there it was very easy to locate everything from the house (National Park, Central park, city center, and etc.)

Great hosts, amazing view and very good place to stay at. I hope I will get back with my friends and enjoy staying there! I recommend that place, it has very good location.

The property is located near Borjomi center. However it took time to find it because the name of the street was renamed and some maps app are still using old name, which is Maxim Gorky
