Great value for money. Modern, clean, great view. Lovely place to spend time in. We did visit in the off season so didn’t use pool or restaurant (unsure if they were open) and the price may have been lower due to being off season but the apartment was so much better than I would have expected for this price. Great facilities, washing machine was appreciated. Parking directly outside so we could keep an eye on our camper (this was a break from camping for us). Great kitchen and luxurious feeling bathroom. Would definitely visit again. Perfect communication from the host.

We booked our stay in New Gudauri and it was absolutely wonderful. The views are nothing short of spectacular- snow capped mountains surrounded us, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect gateway, with fresh air and quiet beauty of nature all around. We stayed there only for night but we felt bad we should have booked for another days as well.

Despite our very short notice, after having to leave another place unexpectedly, the apartment was ready and more than suitable. It was clean, well-equipped, with hot showers, kitchenware—everything we needed. Excellent value for the low price. Highly recommended.

Wifi connectivity could be better.

Feels like home away from home kind of apartment. The view was great. The apartment is spaciuos. All essential cutlery were available if you need to cook anything. I believe this was the highest point of the Ski resort. Would recommend 👌 and will come again in Winter.

1. Location is very near the ski area 2. Room very clean and good space for 2-3 person 3. Facilities complete (washing machine, kitchen with stove and microwave and utensils, cups, glass, etc 4. The best part: there is bidet in the toilet We stayed on the 5th floor great view. Very recommended. The owner was helpful and easy to reach.

Road to the apartment could be made nicer.

Great view from the balcony, very modern looking facilities, superbly clean. And Mr.Gio was really helpful, always available on the phone from the moment I booked the apartment. I wanted some assistance on operating the stove top…and he sent me people in 2minutes. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and definitely gonna come back during winter

We had to wait for around 30 mins before the accommodation manager arrived with the key, despite giving the required 20 mins' notice of our arrival. We then discovered that there was a lock box available which could have been used and therefore avoid the need to meet anyone in person and also be more flexible on check-in times. Although we were 4 people sharing 2 rooms, there was only one kettle between both apartments and all the crockery was in one apartment. Had there been more than 4 people sharing there would not have been enough crockery. A kettle and toaster in both rooms would be good. It would be useful to have information about the types of beds on the website (in this case there was a bunk bed and sofa bed in one room and a double bed, baby cot and sofa bed in the other.

The apartment was simple but adequate and very clean. The host was obliging with our request to get an extra bed made up which happened quickly. The room was well insulated against noise from other rooms which is unusual for apartments in Georgia and very welcome.

The keys didn’t work initially but the host arranged for it in minutes. The building heating was not working but there was electric heater. We didn’t know about it earlier. It snowed! 😂 it was freezing cold!

The host was so responsive and the place is so beautiful. The view is awesome and there’s a sit out area looking at the gondolas! The bunk beds were a surprise 😀
