window blinds in the studio apartment do not cover the entire window. One of the towels was not clean enough Cons : note It has nothing to do with the place of residence, although the area is new, there are a lot of excavations and lots of dogs( this issue is spread in many places in georgia)

Value for the money The location is superb in new gudauri which means new building The cable car next to the building The owner is helpful and quick response The apartments from the inside was clean and comfy there is a kitchen and the beds, pillows and bathroom was good enough Entry to the building secured by a code

No bidet in the bathroom

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host is respectful, the place is wonderful, the atmosphere is beautiful, the cable car is in front of us, and nearby are a grocery store, a restaurant, and a quiet and beautiful rural life. In this apartment, you will find everything you need. The only thing missing is a bidet for the bathroom. But for us, it is like a warm home. I will recommend it to my loved ones. Be well 🩷

Everything was perfect

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and filled with natural light. The apartment is super clean . Everything was amazing! We loved our stay ! Definitely recommend to everyone! So clean and newly built. Felt like home so it was great! The best apartment in gudauri, it was very comfy and clean, owner was very respectful and cooperative. We recommend to booking this apartment! There were good restaurants nearby and supermarkets as well. We had a great stay for 2 days. Thanks all.

Some sections of the building seem to be under construction or maintenance, at night there was no lights in the lobby.

Comfortable stay in the apartment with all necessary amenities provided like crockery, cooking utensils, oven, fridge, washing machine etc. The room was asthetic and with good lighting and furniture.

There was no window net, as in all of the houses I visited in Georgia. The weather was beautiful, but we couldn't open the balcony door due to the insects outside, and there was no air conditioning. The water heater wasn't working.
