We were 5 friends for 6 nights, it was amazing, a very large and comfortable apartment, located in the center of town and close to everything, the owner of the apartment was very available and answered our every request. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Location is FANTASTIC, the handler is great and reachable, beds are very comfortable even the sofa bed is super comfy. Apt itself is rather small and there are some dishes missing (and I wish there was a toaster...) but otherwise it was great, good sized balcony, overall great value for money

the location of the property is near the cable cars and activities in gudauri. close to supermarket, restaurants,ski rents .The balcony was huge enough that we are able to enjoy the snow even just outside our rooms. mr gorgi was very responsive as well.

GeorgiaCleaning is definitely not the strongest side of the apartment, no single cleaning was performed during one week, need to admit that fresh towels were provided upon request. Hot water supply isn't stable especially at evening time when skiers come back from the slopes, assume this issue is common for entire New Gudauri district. Hot and cold water supply was suspended in the morning of our last day there, no info when it will be resumed was given, hope it was restored. Internet speed is very low, both WiFi and LTE, but it is not only in the apartment, but entire resort.
Apartment is quite new and well equipped, missed items the host brought to us within few hours. The distance to gondola lift is around 200 or 3 min to walk. We were given keys from from a ski depot at another building, just 30m from gondola lift, so please ask host to ensure you'll get ski depot access upon arrival. In general I would recommend this apartment to stay for families and solo travellers.
