Building name : The Twins Great location in New Gudauri - It takes only around 5 minute walk to the cable cars(Center of everything) Very near (walkable) to the supermarket Spar,restaurants. Great Host : Speaks good English and is ready to help you out at any moment of your stay ( Day or Night ) BEST THING : The view from the balcony is just too too too too good - the best view among all of the other buildings in New Gudauri Note : All apartments in this building ( The Twins ) will not have the best view from the balcony. Only apartments like this one with balcony towards the direct mountains will have the mesmerizing views which I am writing about. Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean. Comfort: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a restful night’s sleep. The pillows and linens were of high quality. Amenities: I loved the thoughtful amenities provided. The coffee maker, mini-fridge, and toiletries were all well-stocked and convenient. There is snow in New Gudauri till around mid of April and we were real lucky to enjoy the great snow all around when we visited on 13th Apr 2024 ).

It would have been better if there was room service dining but this can be sufficed with the amenities provided in kitchen

We are okay that we need to walk a little bit (5-7 mins) to get to the cable car, restaurants, or grocery stores. But it's just a bit difficult as we needed to walk on the side of the road where there is no clear pedestrian way, and there are lots of muddy puddles along the way if it rained. If you are okay with this, this is the perfect fully furnished apartment for you.

The view is great. Really clean and has everything that you need to stay comfortably.

The host forgot to mention I need to leave the money in the room so I had to come back after driving away. Not a huge hassle though. I'd stay there again

So it's like an airbnb apartment. I first thought it's a hotel. Great apartment though.

I would have given it 9 rating but the mattress and the pillows were horrible in terms of quality and it felt like it had been changed for ages as it was deformed. Had back pain and twisted my neck a bit.

The view obviously was stunning from the balcony, the place was clean and there were plenty of amenities.

The apartment is a private property and the building management (hardly available or of any help) can't do much.

Good value for money. The room was clean when we arrived however there was not cleaning facility provided doing our stay. But the owner has kept cleaning material to self clean if someone wants to do it. Gerocery in on walking distance and also chairlift is closeby. However for halal food we had to drive. The property is Recommended with people bringing their own cars. The view was very good
