We really liked the beach across the hotel, so location was great for us personally. The staff were nice, rooms are clean, spacious, have everything you need even for a longer stay and if you plan on cooking in the room. Great view from the balcony

A couple of things. 1: Pillows and mattresses are too flat. Requested for extra pillows, but they had limitation. 2: In booking.com , the locations shows, it's in center of batumi city but in reality, it's 15-20 mins drive away and due to super congestion, it always took 40-50 mins to reach back from city center to hotel back. I felt it's unfair when the location shows it's in the centre of the city, but in reality, it is far away.

Facilities are great. Nino took good care of us. It's always helpful. Rooms were cosy and have all the amenities to cook food, to wash clothes, etc. We enjoyed our stay overall.

I’m satisfied with out stay at the hotel. Most kind and helpful staff, the manager always asked if we need anything. The room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Located pretty far from the city center but we expected this. It’s easy to get there by a taxi or public transport.

The district is outside Batumi so you need a car but what I was generally missing was a coffee place close or at the hotel. Georgia generally doesn't have good coffee so something like that is needed.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The rooms have kitchens and everything is new. What I missed were utensils for washing dishes, as the kitchen has everything that is necessary for cooking.

At the check-out, the management claimed that the cover of WC was damaged and requested me to pay for it. It was like that when I checked-in - a regular tear and wear, but no one wanted to hear that. I have never experienced anything like that before in any country or hotel. Do not choose this hotel. If you still decide to, be prepared for a thorough inspection of everything before you check-in.

The hotel is pretty basic, with no real infrastructure—no bars, no verandas, and no food options at all. The pool is super small and doesn't look inviting. It's right next to the parking lot on a concrete surface, so not a great place to relax. To get to the sea, you have to walk about 500 meters, and it’s through a really dangerous road—crossing it is scary! Plus, you have to go over some noisy train tracks, which you can hear all night if the window is open. The rooms look like the photos, but we had a lot of issues with the staff, Wi-Fi, and hot water. For two days, we got wrong Wi-Fi passwords and couldn't connect to the internet at all. We also arrived late, and the hot water boiler in our room was turned off. You'd think the staff would make sure there’s hot water ready for guests, especially when they arrive late. On top of that, the staff were pretty rude when we were checking out. The blonde at reception accused us of stealing or breaking some dishes, which wasn’t true. We hadn’t signed anything that listed how many dishes were in the room, so it felt like they were just trying to make up charges to get more money out of us. We were in a hurry, but the checkout took almost 40 minutes because of this. The receptionist kept changing her story—first one glass was missing, then three, and so on. We even had to go back to the room to prove everything was there (and of course, it was). Housekeeping is done every three days, linens are changed if you ask, and the cleaning staff only speaks Georgian, which made communication hard. Overall, think twice before booking this place. It's far from the city, the staff is difficult to deal with, and the hotel doesn’t really have any of the amenities you'd expect from a 4-star property.

After we check out and were going to leave the hotel territory, the receptionist run out to stop our car. She told us that the hotel cleaners could find one glass in our friend’s room. Our friends were forced to go back to the hotel and the glass was found very quickly. Given such a nice indoors and outdoor, cozy rooms of hotel, — what’s wrong with the service guys? Could you treat your guest with more respect? Could you show at least normal hospitality? The blonde girl from the reception was rude to us because of the one lost glass which was found very quickly after our friends came back to the room. A strong no, big disappointment, learn your staff how to treat clients properly.

There is no space for all the cars, they do not clean the rooms when appropriate, there was no toilet paper or soap, the stove and the Wi-Fi did not work until I complained since it is expensive for the deficiency

The security kept closing the door when we were waiting for the cab to the airport which would have made it much more convenient for us to transport the luggage for a group of 14 people.

The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The decor was stylish and contemporary, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare meals for my kids at anytime, which was a great convenience. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, making it easy to stay connected. I particularly appreciated the in-unit washing machine, which was perfect for a longer stay. I highly recommend this hotel apartment to anyone who has kids and is visiting the city.

1. Location is 1/10 really although the distance seems short there is always so much traffic. It took us around 45 mins from the hotel to batumi. If you’re planning on going to batumi a lot reconsider. 2. My friend had a very huge amount of bugs enter his room so he asked for another room, the new room he got had body hair in the covers and on the bed which is disgusting. 3. There is no room service or cleaning service. This is supposed to be a hotel so daily cleaning is a must. 4. The shampoo provided is really of bad quality it made our hair very dry we bought our own shampoo. So get ur own with u. 5. At night there is no one at the reception so if u faced an issue it’s hard to find help

The property’s room is spacious, and it looks nice. SOME of the staff were helpful especially the lady with colored eyes on the reception. They also let us do early check in which was great.

The hotel's interior and exterior design are elegant. Our room was cozy, with an excellent bed and a bathroom. The hotel provides chargers at the required point. Wifi held up well for video calls. Everything was close to the hotel, market, Pharmacy, and Station. The staff is friendly and ready to help if you apply a problem. Always happy to come back.
