Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NorwayI don't normally bother to write reviews but this place is great. I mean, it's spartan, but you feel so much at home it's 10x better than any other place I stayed in Georgia. Recommend

SpainEverything was great ❤️
I had an exceptional stay at Marina and Nunu’s guest house! From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of the family – I was even welcomed straight into Marina’s birthday party! The location is perfect, within walking distance of the sanatoria and the town centre. Marina and her mom Nunu are incredibly hospitable. Breakfast was delicious, and Marina kindly packed some food for the road too. Wonderful people and a truly memorable experience – highly recommended!

GermanyThe bathroom was really not so clean. On my way to my room I had to cross a room that was very dusty, but I personally did not mind much. Unfortunately the stove in the kitchen did not work, only the water kettle, but maybe they'll fix this problem.
I was welcomed warmly in Nunu's guesthouse and I spent two relaxing days there. It's in a calm area of Tskaltubo but within walking distance to a small shop, restaurants and the bazaar/marshrutka stop and of course to some very interesting abandoned sanatoriums. I especially liked the beautiful garden with fruit trees. My room was spacious and had a lovely view to the garden. The people around and the other guests were very friendly and Marina (who took care of me in the guest house) gave me some delicious fruit from the garden and provided helpful information about public transportation/marshrutkas (she speaks Georgian and Russian). The price-performance ratio in this guesthouse is brilliant. I'd come again!

DenmarkOur room didn't have air-conditioning, and we were there on the hottest days. So I would recommend upgrading to an air-conditioned room
Doing 3 months in georgia, nunu's guesthouse was the absolutely best one I stayed in! It's a short walk from the city, and is perfect if you want to see the abandoned buildings in the area. Nunu made delicious breakfast for us every morning, and shared coffee and cake with us very often. She lives in a beautiful house with a garden with her dog and daughter, and all of them made us feel very welcome. I can only recommend staying at this place!

United StatesNot a problem for me, but just be aware grocery stores are a killometer away in the center of town. There's a smaller convenience store at 600 meters distance.
Everything clean and convenient. Nunu and Marina are very friendly. Cute, very calm small floppy dog Dante (allegheri?). Doesn't bark. Nunu grows a lot of things here. It's 600 meters off the main road, but has a country feel. The old abandoned spas are all along the two roads out to the main street. Linens are hgh quality.

SpainNunu is just wonderful, always caring, helpful and smiling, despite the different languages. Dande the dog is super friendly , he walked with us all the morning to the sanatoriums. The room was clean, and i fit in the bed being 190cm tall. The bathroom was clean, with hot water and enough pressure. If i ever come back to Tskaltubo i will stay here for sure.

United StatesThe ONLY thing I didn’t like about my stay was one of the bathrooms smelled horrible, and I’m not sure cleaning it was a high priority. That being said, there were two bathrooms and the other one was much nicer.
Almost everything was very pleasant. It’s located perfectly and it’s incredibly reasonably priced. Nunu is an amazing host with a very kind soul. She went above and beyond to help, even calling the marshrutka company and getting them to stop by her guesthouse so I didn’t have to go to the station! I was also offered tea, coffee, bread, etc. Seriously this is one of my favorite guesthouses I’ve ever stayed in.
