There was very good communication with the host, adaptive time of check in,at the arrival the two of the cutest dogs were waiting for us, that stay on the property. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and the hosts were helpful during the whole stay. We were surprised with various food and drinks. Parking available at the property. And the dogs were the best.

No normal coffee made from beans, only soluble. Housekeeping is only upon the request, if you forgot to put the right side plate on the door-handle you’ll be left with your garbage and dirty towels.

Comfortable stay at the centre of Tbilisi. We got a free room upgrade.

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and updated. The baths have gorgeous tiling and the AC was a welcome respite from the heat. The staff was friendly and very helpful. And the location is perfect for exploring Old Tbilisi.

The receptionist I don't know if she was having a hard time when we arrived, she was disturbingly rude (we almost cancelled our reservation and looked for another hotel because of the way she spoke to us) but she showed a very different attitude when we left and was kind. People go through hard times sometimes but the starting and welcoming moments are the most important.

The location is close to the tourist attractions, the shower is great and the water is warm without any hassle. Tamara (the breakfast person) is very welcoming and kind.

There is no parking at this hotel. Breakfast was included, but started from 8:30am, so we will not be able to have one.... Aeroport shuttle was cost 80 Gel, but when we checked taxi it was only 25 Gel...

Unfortunately I still can't understand why this hotel is rated with four stars. The hotel was wornout and not so fresh. For example there wasn't cleaning every day (we ended up having only one big towel, the toilet paper ran out, ameneties were not refilled), the minibar had only water in it and the reception was unoccupied a few times. There was a big water shortage in Tbilisi during our stay and we didn't get any info about it. We ended up finding more info ourselves from the internet with translator.

The staff was helpful with restaurant and bar recommendations and the breakfast was delicious with many options. The location was perfect in the old city and the room we had was really quiet.
