Perfect location, walking distance from the centre and the beach, great breakfast, professional and friendly staff, comfortable room/ shower/ bed, great value for money.

Very kind staff, assisted us with our luggage and was very welcoming. Good location and the narrow one way street is quiet at night time. Though the place is not lately renovated it is a great solution for families and gives great value for the money.

A delightful family run hotel. Our hosts were very kind, welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Also a great base for exploring the city! Would highly recommend!

Quiet street, nice staff, good breakfast with artisan produce. Hotel contacted me as I've asked for a parking, and they've managed to get me a slot nearby, that's really a steal in Batumi! Good aircon and especially a fridge in the room helped to survive in hot humid climate :)

The staff was very helpful and kind ready to serve you and make your staying comfortable and welcome but unfortunately they don’t know English and that is making it difficult to communicate. We used google translate in every situation

The WiFi is not working well. The breakfast was home made and very tasty but not many options for vegan. But the woman in the kitchen was very sweet and she was willing to complete your request. Also they have only instant coffee.

The staff was really attentive and tried their best to please us.

I asked for cleaning specifically for towels change and the cleaning lady only changed towels. Breakfast was tasty but not a big option only a little meal.

It is a family run place - very familiar, very traditional. The breakfast consisted of delicious Georgian dishes, homemade butter, all prepared by a lady in the kitchen. The owners are extremely helpful and nice, very accommodating. The generous host gave us a bottle of homemade wine upon arrival.

The hotel is slightly outdated and could use some renovation. But if you wish for a familiar place to stay - you will enjoy it!

Various and delicious breakfast, wide and clean rooms

Cute little family run hotel near the batumi promenade. Breakfast was lovely and the family very hospitable. They also organize tours and excursions. Two types of rooms: apartments and double/triple standard. Elevator for suitcases. Small patio to chill. Quiet, while close to everything.

The hotel is in a little side street so not the best views. No tax exemption for diplomats in case you need it.

Property is well maintained, clean and functional. The location is great, close to the beach and the center of the town.

The owners and the crew were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent and clean. The breakfast is authentic and tasty. The hotel itself is at most 15 min. away from both the beach and the city centre and at the same time it is in a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommended.

If you travel with a car, parking might be a problem but this is true for pretty much everywhere in Batumi.

Everything was good, the staff were all trying to help, the hotel location was close to the beach and attractions, overall I was satisfied.

Breakfast was simple and parking was available, but not as a separate parking lot, there was only a parking space next to the hotel.
