Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

we liked everything
The hotel has a great location, opposite to a park and on the main road that leads to the national park. The rooms were large and were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay, a selection of hot and cold food but the same everyday.

More hooks in the bathroom away from the wet area.
Everything was perfect, the room appeared to be bigger than we expected, it was clean, the breakfast tasty, the personnel helpful, the view from the window breathtaking.

The extra blankets and pillows in the drawer was not very clean and had hairs on it.

Ordered room with double bed, got two single beds with no notification on advance. First hotel ever that had no coffee! Only instant coffee which can't be called coffee. 6th floor (with rooms) has no elevator, the "restaurant" which is a basement with chairs has also no elevator.

I booked a STandard room and was surprised with a free upgrade when arrived! They offered me a family room at the cost of a standard room. Very happy with all facilities and amenities. Everything was great. Gonna return there for sure. Great view, everything clean.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The toilet in our room was broken, and when we asked the front desk for help, their response was simply: "Deal with it." No one came to fix it. We also told them that the WiFi wasn’t working in our room, and again, they said there was nothing they could do to help us. The reception area felt more like a nightclub than a hotel. Staff were smoking at the entrance, and there was some kind of loud team meeting going on – completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. The room itself was in poor condition. The floor was covered with torn carpets, and even the kettle had such a short cord it was barely usable. Overall, the room felt neglected and uncomfortable. Bottom line – I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. At this price point, you’re better off staying in a hostel where you’ll at least get respectful service and better value.

Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper, bottled water, or tea and coffee in the room. The Wi-Fi was not working, and the water in the shower was barely warm. I reported these issues to the staff, but when we returned the next day, nothing had been resolved. To make matters worse, the room was uncomfortably cold. I had to raise the concerns again, at which point a staff member accompanied me to the room and managed to get the heater working. However, he was unable to assist with the internet, and regarding the lack of hot water, he simply advised me to shower with low pressure due to limited hot water availability. The breakfast was equally disappointing—consisting of cheap sausages, eggs, a small cheese platter, some vegetables, and porridge.
The only positive aspect of my stay at this hotel was that our family room offered a generous amount of space.
