It was a peak season and with limited cleaning staff, hard to get your room cleaned , since all others are only staying for one night and when you stay longer, you kind of get a bit of lower priority as they need to clean the rooms that have been checked out to let other customers check-in.

View from the room was beautiful and room space was enormous. Friendly staff and location is just at the beginning of the mountain away from hustle bustle of the hotspots of tourists. Calm and peaceful place to be in.

No one helps to bring luggage upstairs. Not even offer. I saw some male staff but they are just smoking outside and not offering to help. The ladies are nice but seems there is lacking on the service side.

There was no available WiFi throughout our stay.

The room was very spacious and the view was outstanding. Breakfast was okay for adults but maybe they could add more dishes focusing on young children. My son was quite put off as there were no pancakes.

Its was one of best stay In Georgia...the rooms were really cosy& comfortable.it was full covered with snow..its bit 15 min away from ski area but the manager dropped us there which made things easy !!! The breakfast was also very good !!!

No elevators and we had to go up and down the stairs and this is difficult with children and with elderly.

Breakfast was minimal (not many options) but good and clean. Staff was very helpful, courteous and polite. Good location, good view from the room.

The shower drain did not work at all so the water quickly overflowed. Also, the bed/mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve slept in ever. my friend had a stiff back the next day because of it.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was really bad. The apartment was not ready on time for our check in and we waited 2 hours to get inside. The apartment was not cleaned properly (it was just dirty) and had some small damages. Our guess is that they are understaffed and not properly trained - especially the cleaner that did not even add bags in the bins (including the bathroom) and she thought it was ok to leave a broken and dirty toilet brush in the bathroom and not change it with a clean one - even when we showed her. The bed was not double but two beds connected so the sleep was bad and there were no curtains in the room so the sun got inside early in the morning. Furthermore, the TV was opening on its own in the middle of the night and woke us up. The apartment was cold and the thermostat was not properly adjusted. The staff was polite.

The apartment was very spacious, nicely located and with a nice Mountain View but that’s where the positives end.

Breakfast simple and not much options. Far from the lifter and attendant told us to go walking , but is far and dangerous walking beside road, there is no transfer service, necessary contract transport.

Price is good and room confortable.
