The only downsize was that our room was next to the entrance and the kitchen therefore you can hear the noises from other people going back and forth.

Niko is very cool and the room was big and clean. It was great to have the kitchen. Tea was available. Great place to start hiking to the Gergeti Trinity Church. Some very good restaurants nearby. Definitely great value!

We loved this place. It has a very beautiful view, it has a balcony. We even chilled out there. The room is big, everything is new and works perfectly. It had a huge kitchen. Everything is sparkling clean. We parked the car in the garage Niko, the owner is super friendly. I highly recommend this place. The trail to the monastery is super easy and fast to get from this place Niko, the owner gave us tips around the area,

The kitchen has too little equipment. There is only one pan and one cutting board. We had to wait for other guests to finish cooking their breakfast to start with ours. Also, there is no little lamp in the bedroom, which would be really usefull and cozy at evenings.

Wonderful Stay in Kazbegi! We had a great short stay at this lovely place in Kazbegi. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and very comfortable – the beds especially! There’s a shared kitchen available if you wish to cook, which is a nice touch for travelers. Secured parking is also available inside the premises. A special mention to the host, Mr. Nikolas – he’s an absolute gem and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for clean, cozy rooms with all the essential amenities.

Everything! For starters the owner was very kind and helpful as well as flexible when it came out check in and check-out time. Place has amazing view! But the best part was that is was really, really clean and everything was put in order :) Kitchen was well equipped so if you'd rather prepare your own food this is perfect! And kitchen is huge :)

Very friendly and flexible hosts, modern, comfy, and super clean room, well equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals, plus it’s in a quiet, nice neighborhood next to the Gergeti Church/Glacier trails. Plus, they arranged hazle-free 4x4 transfers for us to other trail heads in the area. For us this place has been the perfect base for hiking in Kazbegi and we hope to be able to return someday! Didi madloba and all the best!!

The host was very helpful and the room was so clean and neat! View from the kitchen was outstanding! Its on a uphill so recommend for the guests with car. Quite and peaceful stay! Highly recommend!

Very bad soundproof, I hear every step in the hous, every word in the neighborhood room. Also it's a bit unclear how to check in, I just met a woman that was also a host. But some guys came late and also didn't know how to check in, wre loudly walking and looking for the hosts (again bad soundproof made me woke up)

Exellent location for those who what to hike on Kazbegi. Clean room and kitchen, polite host, all basic facilities on place. Have a situation: once I was resting in the room and didn't close the door one tourist just open the door and then closed. Then in the evening the host came to me in person and politely apologized for that, also he said that he cancelled the booking of that guys because of unproper behavior.
