How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our four-bed room was very cramped. The hostel is quite noisy both day and night.
The hostel, located on the third floor of an imposing building, not far from Freedom Square, has a lovely living room and a comfortable kitchen. It was meticulously clean.

The public space was not enough place to sit.
Really pleasant stay, clean and spacious enough. The guy who works there is super friendly, we chatted with him from time to time - I knew a lot about Georgia from him.

Just a few glitches in the female dormitory which was the air con not functioning. But the staff made sure to get it done back to normal. 😃
Loved everything about the hostel! Starting with the location which was smack in the middle of supermarkets, flower markets, parks, cafes, pharmacies, I can go on and on! I didn't expect the kitchen to be as spacious but it most definitely was. Also, the staff and the other backpackers were a lovely bunch of people I met during my trip! ☺

Quite a few stairs to reach it and location not 100% central is one to be aware of
Solid hostel for a solo traveller for couple of days in Tbilisi - good kitchen, showers, common areas as advertised. AC in dorm rooms is a lifesaver in Tbilisi summer weather

Very noisy because it is next to a main street and the dorms are not very dark, so not great if you are a light sleeper

Common areas could be a bit better, it didn't help to meet people, although the main vibe of the hostel was quite nice

You can hear a lot of noise, people walking and talking as well as the traffic outside as it is a busy street. The window curtain is sheer so the room gets bright very early in the morning. The bed curtains are very sheer as well so bring a sleeping mask and some good earplugs with you. The mattress was too hard for my liking as well.

I really like this hostel. The reception is polite and responsible, and the staff are kind and friendly. The rooms, kitchen, and common area are all clean and well-organized. It has large lockers that are secure, and the environment is very cozy and peaceful.

All good. No complaints.
I stayed in a female dorm and it was very nice. Every bed has curtains, and you can have privacy. The location is very central, and the people who are working there are very kind. I even had a problem with my phone and Illya(I hope I wrote the name correctly) he asked and found me a phone technician. Thank you 😊

Very close to the bus stop from the airport. Staffs were friendly and helpful. 4 bad girls room was nice as it was right next to the kitchen and bathroom. I had a great time here on Georgia Independence Day. Military march came in front of the balcony!

Location.
The location is great. You can walk to see famous places around, many places too close and easy to walk and see it. The hostel is comfy ,clean toilet and shower room. Super helpful reception the guy I met.

Nothing that the hostel cannot improve on. Just a thing though; the hostel is on 3rd floor and there is no lift so be prepared to climb up and down with your luggage :D
The location is awesome. Staff is very friendly, and helpful, and informed us on most of the things we should keep in mind in and around Tiblisi. The hostel is clean and neat, especially the bathrooms. It's really a bang for the buck.
