Good location…very close to Old City and a metro stop. Room was comfy and well equipped. Wifi worked perfectly.

Calling the client many times to check out where as a customer I should feel welcomed and comfortable even there was a booking for another client there should be always exceptional solutions .

The staffs are friendly and helpful. My son bed was already prepared on check in.

The mini bar items kept in the room were to be paid, which is okay as per the hotel policy- but confusion in the products kept by the staff and payment was requested although the items were not used. The rest was all good.

It was great to do an early check-in at 6 am and immediately go to the room. Good location: not far from the airport and close to a metro station.

Breakfast was very poor and nothing really for kids. Because hotel is on the main street, its very noisy in rooms.

Price is a bit higher, than it should be for all provided. Wi-fi connection was awful before 8 AM and after 10 PM (although I've tried to connect to 3 different wi-fi - each floor has it's own router and it's own wi-fi). Bed sheets were a little bit dirty at chech-in, shower door didn't close completely.

Staff is polite, always involved into your concerns. Spare room, nice wide bed, there's a minibar - all inside is for extra price. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel provide drywasher service for extra price. To sum up - it's a good hotel.

It is true that the room is not cleaned, but after the third day the staff apologized. Please understand that shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are not replenished. I took out the trash myself. But that's how I knew about all this, I took it with humor.

It was good, but it also has its downsides. The staff is friendly, near the center, you can come on foot, small shops, subway, currency exchange nearby. Small but good breakfast, there is an outdoor terrace on the top floor. Nearby, a very good restaurant with an evening program.

I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly clean, and the air conditioning was in very poor condition. I raised my concerns with the front desk, but the staff member was uncooperative and refused to change my room. This lack of assistance made my stay very uncomfortable, and I will never return to this hotel again. Additionally, the manager accused me of not paying the full amount, took the remaining money, and left. Later, she came back and apologized, but the approach was unprofessional and disrespectful. I had also requested an iron in my room, but was surprised to be told I had to go downstairs to iron myself. Eventually, the man at reception kindly said his wife would do the ironing, which I appreciated, but this is not the standard I expected. Overall, there was no sense of comfort during my stay. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Sincerely

Remote to control the air conditioning needs to be available in the room, on the hotel and booking site the COVID restrictions need to be removed since the property is currently not following the restrictions, it needs to be explained that payment for the room is in local cash no cards

I wish the room had a kettle. I wish overall it looked cleaner.

The room was spacious. It had a fridge but no kettle. The carpeting looked filthy and the lighting was not pleasant. They offer a good breakfast, but I only tried it once, as I usually don’t eat in the mornings.j

1. It was very cold in the room in February. I asked for the remote from air-condition, but it never worked. At least, they gave us 3 blankets. 2. There was really bad lightning in the room and bathroom either. 3. Stuff was kinda impolite. There was not positive atmosphere. 4. Even the hotel wasn't fully booked, we have been living there for 5 days, the stuff still asked us every time about who we are… 5. Breakfast was meager and the same every day. There was only instant coffee and instant porridges… 6. The room was shabby (photos)

The room and the double bed was too small, cleanliness would have to be daily requested instead of staff being proactive about it. I found the staff lazy and not passionate about customer care.
