The correspondance from the staff prior to staying at the hotel was very poor, they didnt answer any queries i had about taxi transfer etc. , or about the city in General. Apart from this, its a nice quirky hotel in a quirky city

The location is perfect for the small city of Kutaisi. The room was big, it was comfy and it had a nice balcony with a good view of the city and of the near bye river. On arrival the staff were very helpful.

Parking issue. The area is very busy and difficult to find parking. Though the hotel staff pays for parking charges, it is difficult to find parking in front and close to the hotel. The "Do not disturb" system was not working for both of our rooms. The staff cleaned our rooms during breakfast time even with the DND button switched on.

The location is good with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are big. They have Muslim shower (shattaf) installed in the toilet.

I was disappointed with the service , which did not meet expectations, despite the amazing location beside the Rioni River.

I loved the prime location beside the beautiful Rioni River, and the comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the service was not up to the mark, which was a bit disappointing.

The facilities are quite old and not modern. Our room had an “old” smell from the very first day - we speculated it’s from the thick carpet. Then we found that there is a “ventilation” duct above one of the beds through which cigarette smoke was coming in. Our room was on 4th floor but the elevator only stops half a floor below ours so the last flight of stairs has to be done on foot with heavy suitcases. The balcony offers a great view but there is no privacy - the balcony is joined for the whole floor (only separated from other rooms by metal bars). The AC unit that is in the room is located above the beds and no matter how you adjust the air flow, it always blows in someone’s face while sleeping. There is no safe in the room. There is also no option to decline daily room cleaning - we left the “do not disturb” on all day and still every time the maid had entered the room to make beds. Sometimes she even entered while we were still in bed.

The location was very central, free street parking available in front of the hotel. The view from the balcony was overlooking the river and a part of the city. The breakfast was decent, with a nice seating area on the rooftop. Water and coffee in the room was refilled every day. Slippers and robes are available.

Bathroom's wall is made of glass, with transparent parts at the top, middle and bottom - no privacy.

Very spacy, large living room and bedroom; the bathroom is exceptionally large. Location is excellent, in the very center and there were always parking space near the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room and hotel. I liked design (room and hotel itself) a lot. Elevator is fast. Breakfast is OK for our short stay.
