Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. JapanThe only downside was the check-in process, which took some time. It wasn’t the staff’s fault, but with only a few counters, things slowed down when guests were unsure of the procedure.
The room had a great view with a window-side seat where I could even stretch out and relax. The bathroom and bathtub were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was perfect for every occasion—before check-in, breakfast, coffee to go, and even working after check-out. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was just right. I also appreciated the staff’s flexibility and their warm, professional attitude, which made the stay even more pleasant.

GeorgiaThe included breakfast is nothing to write home about, and the “couches” in your room are purely for aesthetic reasons. I can’t imagine anybody comfortably sitting on them. Most damningly, in the two years since our last stay, nothing has really changed except for the increased price.
This is our second time staying here. The on site restaurants, bars, and pools are excellent, as is the view from your room. The bathroom is spacious and has both a rainfall shower and a bathtub.
