I had a truly wonderful experience at Regraph Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, and the room service was always prompt and courteous. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious and varied breakfast served every morning — a perfect start to the day. The hotel also enjoys a prime location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this location is ideal. Overall, I highly recommend Regraph Hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, top-notch cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Location was good, but some of thr roads near by were blocked off so our cab got lost multiple times- not the fault of Regraph though! It was just a great stay overall!

The location is less than fime minutes, away from Arab street, insaide the neighboothood. The staf are very polite and cooperative with the guest. I felt comfortable at the hotel , and cleaniles is of a high standart. Thank you to the hotel administration.

The breakfast options could be more diverse, and the WI-FI signal was weak sometimes, but it's not a big deal at all.

All the facilities, the AC, WI-FI, TV, lighting, and hot water work without any problem. The room and towels were clean. My room was cleaned every two days. The location is close to the city center.

This is my first time in Tbilisi, and I chose your hotel. From the moment we landed at the airport, we received free transfer to the hotel, and upon check-in, they proactively helped with our luggage, making us feel like we had returned to a warm home in Tbilisi. The mattress was very soft and comfortable, and the layout of the bathroom was excellent, equipped with very good toiletries. The breakfast the next morning was also very authentic and delicious. Since we needed to catch an early bus to another city, the hotel kindly arranged to drive us to the bus station, making us really feel like we were family in Tbilisi. The hotel's location is also great; it only takes a few minutes to walk to a very lively pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

My family (my wife, daughter, and I) just completed a fantastic stay at the Regraph Hotel in Tbilisi from June 8th to June 13th, 2025, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Regraph Hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The reception area itself is stylish and inviting, with a beautiful dark stone desk and elegant gold accents, setting a great first impression. Throughout our stay, every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure we had everything we needed. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness truly stood out. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure guest comfort and hygiene. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a travel crib readily available for our daughter, which was clean and comfortable – a huge convenience for parents! The decor of the hotel is also quite striking, blending modern elegance with unique, artistic touches, as seen in the beautiful lobby area with its bold gold mirror and plush seating. The hotel also boasts some unique and charming common areas. We particularly enjoyed the cafe or lounge area with its comfortable blue seating and the intriguing map of Georgia on the wall, lit with a warm glow. The space with the brick arches and display of traditional items (like the samovars) also added a lovely, authentic touch to the hotel's ambiance, creating a very pleasant atmosphere for relaxing. Even the restroom area, with its rustic brick walls and vintage-style lanterns, shows the attention to detail throughout the property. The location in Tbilisi Vera was also excellent, allowing us to easily explore the city. We enjoyed the views from our room, looking out onto the charming street with its traditional architecture and lush trees. Overall, our stay at Regraph Hotel was truly exceptional.

I didn’t mind but there is no lift. Not sound proof rooms, on one day there were constructions at night, so that was inconvenient. But I think it was just a one time thing in the area.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They made their best to make sure we were fully served and content. Bed is comfortable and room is very clean. Wifi is very good. The area is very close to centre and far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood. AC is very good in the room.

The property does not have a lift so keep that in mind if traveling with very small children or elderly people.

Breakfast was fresh and different every day. Very homely flavours and they were eager to serve and host.
