The staff here is extremely sweet and supportive - It gives a homely vibes. Although not that posh - this place is much better than the other commercial hotels I have stayed in. The staff goes over and beyond for you and are extremely friendly! I loved my stay here.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. They were very helpful with both early check-in and allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, which made our travel experience much more comfortable. The location was great — just a 1-minute walk from a local market and the impressive Sameba Cathedral. It was also conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a good choice for a comfortable and well-located stay in Tbilisi.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Tbilisi, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is ideal, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. Parking is horrible as you have to park very close to one side of the road in a narrow lane, not a proper parking . We were worried if the car get scratched but luckily it was ok. We felt the price is a little high for this accommodation after travelling in Georgia for a week

The bed is spring type and it is not compatible for two persons.

The location and size of the room. The hotel staff was very kind and respectful.

No tea/coffee in the room, no toothbrush. Bad smell in the bathroom. Not comfortable pillows.

Good personal, normal size rooms, clean, terrace on the top with a good view open 24 hours, kettle in the room.
