Breakfast was very crowded. There were no glasses to drink. Also at the bar at night. We waited more than an hour for a drink and a cake.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. What made the experience truly special was the warm hospitality from Tamuna. She was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel very welcome. The european kitchen is not refilled and sometimes has logistic problems. If you came past 21.00, you will most likely see empty food hilders, cups for drinks could be missing for a long time.

Our family enjoyed the comfort and beautiful outstanding views from the room. Jacuzzi is a good benefit. Spa facility is awesome - multiple saunas acailavle for all guests and very good massages that can be ordered in addition.

Big comfortable room, great facilities in general incl. beautiful park. Solid breakfast, we also liked the restaurant on the 6th floor and the wellness area. We tried different massages and really liked them. All in one, a great value for money.

Everything is awesome, if I have to be highly critical the room size is little small but high ceiling makes up for it and doesn't make you feel that the room is small.

The walk at the green pine tree garden was awesome. Hotel breakfast was good. The pool in the basement is just awesome 👌. We did try the European restaurant and it was good, with great vegetarian options. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend this place. If I have to be absolutely critical then the room size is a little small but the ceiling height is great soo it doesn't feel small. The view is amazing. They also have the water dom with natural mineral water which is awesome. 10 out 10 this place.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and each time I am satisfied. The excellent location, professional and friendly staff create a very pleasant atmosphere. I especially like the area with the great pool and sauna. Highly recommend it to everyone!

My biggest feedback is the need of staff training, to make them more client oriented: they are nice people but could be more trained to be more proactive and helpful with the basics and be a bit more welcoming. Another another ridiculous thing: the prices are modern European level (you charge 3.5 GEL per banana - same as for khinkali which are generally half the price in Tbilisi; the massage prices are UK level), while some amenities are quite old and service is not there -yet!.. And the playground and pond can be upgraded.

Absolutely marvellous location, piece and quiet in mountains. Very nice hotel and garden, really great facilities, well-built hotel, the territory and nature with the mountains, trees, river, birds is fantastic.

I am still confused why the grounds being kept a bit dilapidated: the pool with swans is from 80s at least and looks depressing, the playground as well. It could all be modernised especially that the hotel margins are highly likely incredible. My point is- it’s blessed by nature, is so beautiful and has so much potential to modernise and compete with well-known resorts! The only downside was that our vacation was too short. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy this wonderful place even more!

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation at the Borjomi Likani hotel and we are very pleased with our experience! Everything was at the highest level — from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the attentive and friendly staff. We truly enjoyed the relaxing massages, wellness treatments, time in the sauna, and the pleasant indoor pool. A special highlight was the hotel restaurant — delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, and excellent service. We also explored the town of Borjomi and enjoyed great meals at local restaurants. One of the most memorable experiences was a horseback ride through the National Park — surrounded by breathtaking nature, it felt like a fairytale! We are grateful to the entire hotel team for their care, hospitality, and for creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We’re leaving with great memories and hope to return again soon!
