- the hotel looked quite different from the pictures, looked run down - no air conditioning that made the sleep warm which we didn’t personally prefer - pool is quite small, slightly bigger than a plunge pool - The hotel was published as a five star on the booking.com portal, as a veteran hospitality professional, it’s not more than three stars - laundry very expensive for this hotel

- smooth checkin by very courteous Salomi - very pleasing and helpful staff like Sali in the restaurant - warm pool - clean - breakfast was good albeit the spread was small and repetitive - two markers nearby

Some of the staff, especially the porter, didn't have very good English skills, and communication was sometimes difficult.

The location was good...Walking distance to the center of the village of Bakuraini. We had a "family suite" which was perfect for us. The suite was actually two rooms at the end of the hall, separated off from the rest of the rooms by a door in the hallway. This meant the kids had their own room and bathroom, which they loved. My favorite thing was the jacuzzi and the sauna! Was great to spend time hanging out there while it was snowing. The breakfast was acceptable. George at reception was very helpful and friendly. Both of our rooms had lovely views.

New Year dinner was awful. Seems like restaurant was just not set up for all the operations. Maybe it was because it was holiday season. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, as mentioned.

Location was good. Natia was very helpful, was in touch with all the issues and was trying to help. She helped us with cancelation too, although it was non-refundable. From other staff, I would mention Georgi. Breakfast was also good.

Breakfast was average along with too many rules at the property - Cant eat in the room, fine if water (outside shower area), lady wearing a top/tshirt in jacuzzi etc. Overall great place just too many rules to be SUPER careful about RULES and FINES. They opened up a lobby to eat (food from out) but dont promote or give a facility to heat food.

Location, Room, jet spray, staff spoke english (not too well but communicable), cleanliness and overall facilities.

All the floor in the room is covered with carpet and it's rather dirty because of the people that don't take the shoes off in the room

სასტუმროში ვიყავით 3 დღით, ყველაზე მეტად აუზი მოგვეწონა (მგონი სტაფმაც კი გაიგო). საუზმე იყო გემრიელი, კარგი არჩევანიც ჰქონდათ. სასტუმროს რესტორანსაც ვეწვიეთ და უგემრიელესი კერძები აქვთ, თან ამ ყველაფერს ერთი ახალგაზრდა ადამიანი ამზადებს. დაბადების დღეც მანდ აღვნიშნე და ძალიან მშვილად და კომფორტულად გავატარე დრო. მომსახურე პერსონალიდან ყველა ძალიან მეგობრული იყო, განსაკუთრებით აკაკი, რომელიც ახალგაზრდა, მაგრამ თავისი საქმის პროფესიონალი და გულკეთილი ადამიანია. ოთახი კომფორტული, სუფთა და მოწესრიგებული იყო.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, Italian restaurant exceeded our expectations, each dish was very delicious. Breakfast was very good, with a great variety each day. one of the highlights of our stay was the thermal pool, it’s a very relaxing experience that we highly recommend. My friend and I had a very good time, definitely will be returning!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sapphire Bakuriani Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The location is fantastic, in a quiet part of Bakuriani yet still within easy reach of the ski slopes. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible dining experience at the hotel’s on-site Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better combo of comfort, great service, and amazing meals. it definitely made my stay memorable!

Staff was unprofessional. At 5pm room wasn’t ready to check in. We were waiting inside room when cleaner will end. Hotel didn’t have room service. we couldn’t order the food before 19 pm. In day when we arrived from restaurant . Time of breakfast was changing and staff didn’t inform the guests about this. Breakfast 2 days from 4, that we were stayed there starts at 10:00. Hotel didn’t have kids menu , diet menu , as was writing on profile. We asked kettle 4 times and after small scandal we get it.

The spa was good. The family room has 2 separate rooms with corridor really big space for resting with family. Hotel has kids room with different toys, games and books.
