There is a small road going up hill to the hotel that the taxi can’t reach! So you have to carry your luggages up this road! But not very long fortunately

There is no lift so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs Also the taxi will not be able to drop you off at the hotel as there is a small road going up hill which you have to walk it and could be difficult with the luggage- but on the good side it is only few steps.

I guess I paid for the "budget room" which was in the middle of the hotel with little ventilation and no windows. Everything was a bit old including decor, bedding, and bathroom. Don't expect much and you will be fine. Location in up an alley so going at night is hard (see picture).

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and trusting but not always available. The location was not far from a major tourist area without the noise. Moderately priced for services received.

It is a family hotel with a great location. They were open to help all the time whenever we needed something. I stayed there with my mum for 3 nights and she was very happy and comfortable in our room. She loved spending time in the balcony. The room was clean. They were very kind in offering us an early check in

The shower screen did not cover all the length of the shower, and it was impossible not to splash the bathroom floor while we were taking a shower. The breakfast was a little bit poor (pasta for breakfast?) but for the price we paid, we could not ask for much more.

The hotel location is perfect, close to everything. The room was clean, and the sheets smelt fresh.

There were no water for whole day and night,, so also no wc, and they offered 2 small bottles of water for family with 2 kids. And I booked a better room, but they gave economy for first night. No discount, no appologies

Location 100%, everything nearby, city center in 50 meters, but nights in hotel are quiet. The wiew through the window to the old city was absolutely wonderfull.

Modest triple room, with little free space available and very basic. So does the bathroom. For a short stay of 1-2 nights, some shortcomings can be overlooked, even those related to cleanliness in some places. Attention, if you need a parking space, announce it and insist on guaranteeing one because, given the position of the hotel, this can become a problem!

The hotel is located in the old quarter, very close to the center and most of the points of interest of Tbilisi. The host, a very nice and very friendly gentleman. Rich, tasty, varied breakfast and absolutely surprising because the lady who cooked for us on the spot brought us dishes one after another as if we were in an "all you can eat" place! The room had air conditioning, mini-fridge and direct entrance / exit from / to the terrace on the ground floor. At this hotel, all the money is on the host and breakfast!

Although the receptionist was generally kind, there was something a bit odd: we stayed for a total of 2 nights, but for personal reasons, we booked the nights separately, one in a more expensive room and one in a cheaper one. We stayed in the more expensive room first, where the receptionist offered that we could stay there the next night for an extra charge, which we politely declined. The next morning, he offered the room for free, but by that time, we had already packed and didn't want to stay directly on the street, so we requested the cheaper room we had already booked, which was inside the building. After that, it was clear that both he and the cleaner were annoyed, speaking in Georgian instead of the previous English. We understand that this required more work on their part, but we had originally booked it this way, so there was no change on our end, and as hosts, they could have hidden their feelings more appropriately. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The location of the accommodation is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. The room was well equipped.

’ve stayed at 7 Batis Hotel in Tbilisi several times, and it has consistently met my needs. While it may not be picture-perfect, it is clean and located right in the city center, making everything easily reachable by foot. The hotel has only one parking slot, but they always accommodated us for free, which was a nice perk. Despite booking at the last minute, even in the late afternoon, they always accepted my reservation without any issues. It’s a great place if you’re looking for a no-frills stay and plan to spend most of your time exploring the city. Payment by card upon arrival is also very convenient. Highly recommended for budget travelers and those who just need a place to sleep.

I booked this hotel by my friend's recommendation, who stayed at the same hotel several years ago. The location was great. it is close to " I Love Tbilisi" sign, it's not on the main street, but you go like 100-200 m from the main street straight and you are at the hotel, unlike the other hotels which does not have also car access. The hotel is small but good for the travelers who like to explore the city and need the room for bed and breakfast.
