The smell in the bathroom

The pool at the hotel was very clean, and everything was really good — from the atmosphere in the restaurant to the food itself

Breakfest was o.k., some ingredients were missing. Some things stopped working, like the safe, tv, the door won't close.

The pool was great, and the vicinity. The room was large.Had large parking area. Hotel located in nature.

Staff was not able to fix the issue with the TV. There were some minor touch ups that could be done to make the room nicer.

Were not told that cappuccino was paid extra on the first day, not all food was amazingly good but overall a very pleasant place. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Great territory, must be lovely in the summer

Everything was amazing but the pool close time could be prolonged! I missed the chocolate lava cake they used to have when I visited a few years back, you guys should definitely bring it back!

As for the dissatisfaction, there was the sound of tractors in the room all day, it was very loud, I know it's not the hotel's fault, but it was very uncomfortable, because of this noise we couldn't rest as we wanted.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very polite, it was my wife's birthday and they gave us cheesecake in the restaurant.

I didn't like restaurant menu and the dishes we ordered weren't delicious. At breakfast sausages were hard to chew and choice was scarce. Also swimming pool toilets and steam sauna need to be renewed.

we booked a room with a pool view, which cost an additional 20 GEL, but we were given a room without pool view. We wanted a double bed as a couple, but there were two separate mattresses, which made lying in the bed extremely uncomfortable

Gym was not functioning. The room were very small, not worth the price. Breakfast was limited. The amenities did not include toothbrush, body lotion, vanity kit, shower cap. There were some stains on the bedding The view was not nice

The lobby bar is quaint. Best rigatoni ever, the club sandwich was fine. Service was good as well.

However, the room left much to be desired. It felt outdated and in need of renovation. Some of the lights and the TV didn’t work properly, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel’s territory is not really big, so there isn’t much space to wander around. The sauna and jacuzzi were hit or miss—working some days and not others—which was frustrating when trying to plan for relaxation.

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get from Tbilisi. The outdoor pool is large, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. I also enjoyed the breakfast. One of the highlights was the on-site winery and wine tasting, where I had the pleasure of trying some delightful wines.

The Jacuzzi and indoors pool were not available, the food was over priced and tasted terrible, I have never tasted anything as bad as their Pizza or Khachapuri. It tasted like a food poisioning. And the fact that Jacuzzi and indoors pool was not available ruined our plans since one of the biggest reasons were these 2 and a good food. I will never book a room there.

I liked the fact that stuff let us stay in the lobby till 3 am to play board games

Restaurant was very busy at dinner time and we had to wait for a long time, though stuff apologized for the inconvenience. It would be better if more cooks would be hired, so the restaurant could run more smoothly. Facilities could benefit from freshening up, as the hotel has been open for few years now.

Our stay was very delightful. Location is perfect, it's just about 30 minutes from capital Tbilisi. Stuff was very friendly at the reception, as well as in the restaurant and the pool bar. Also ladies who tidied up our room were very sweet. Overall food was really good, especially breakfast, which had lots of options and was delicious. Pool was also nice.
