The only reason of reducing the stay was that we arrived about 10:30 in the morning, asking if they have already the rooms. The answer was yes we have but it will cost you 80€+tax" it never happened so before in any hotel,shame on you SHERATON

The hotel facilities are great. The room was very nice,good size,receiving every day 2 bottles of mineral water. The breakfast was exceptionall. The distance from center was reasonable and with the help of bolt taxi it was easy and cheap to get the center. .

nothing i did not like and I miss it

I loved Sheraton Tblisi and I think it is the best hotel in tblisi. Facilities are amazing, staff is super excellent, breakfast buffet superb. outdoor pool vibes are anazing, indoor pool, sauna, steam rooms and ice bath. I had a booking when I arrived from 25 July to 30 and booked again as I went somewhere in between not in tblisi. if i go back to tblisi i wont think twice and will book sheraton.

The overall experience was excellent : breakfast was rich and tasty every morning, the beds were very comfortable with two types of pillows to choose from, and the room service was efficient and friendly. The dishes we ordered through room service were delicious, and their prices were surprisingly affordable. Free parking A great choice for families, very comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Overall, everything was good – the service and experience met expectations. However, the facilities and rooms would benefit from more regular and detailed maintenance to ensure they remain in top condition. Addressing minor wear and upkeep could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

We enjoyed our stay, the spa and pool were highlights, both very relaxing. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality of food.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to enjoy each morning. the dining area was beautiful, adding to the overall experience. The food was always refilled, and the fresh juices were real highlight. I especially enjoyed the cucumber juice.

The only negative point I can mention is that upon my arrival, I informed the reception that the make-up mirror in my hotel room was broken and could not be used. Four days later, I brought it up again, but during our two-week stay, the issue was not resolved. This is the only drawback to an otherwise very positive overall experience.

I am positively surprised by this hotel, where we spent two weeks. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was always friendly and attentive. The pool areas are beautifully designed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is at a high standard, which I found particularly impressive. The quiet location ensures that you hardly hear any traffic, which I greatly appreciate. The lounge bar offered outstanding service, and the food selection was excellent as well. My wife enjoyed the stay immensely. This hotel is truly a clear recommendation.

I arrived late , no staff at the front to greet , rather dark , walk in lobby no air con. No visible sign of Sheraton , only to look closer to wall. I even was not sure that it is Sheraton , only taxi who used to work in NYC laughingly reassure me.

Value for money , breakfast is good. The room is reasonable clean standard Sheraton.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The only issue was the main restaurants were closed due to events happening that night. I understand that events happen there often, but I think the staff should have informed us from the beginning about the restaurants being closed so we could have made dinner plans elsewhere. I was dressed up and ready to go for a nice dinner and there was no place to eat except the dive bar. We ended up walking to Khedi, but a heads up while checking in would have been nice. Also, we were told the outdoor pool closed at 7pm, when in fact it was 8pm. Some of outdoor pool staff (not all) are a bit immature, and their manners in English are not up to par. I suggest they have a little bit more training on how to speak to guests in English politely.

We loved the location of the hotel and how massive it was. My boyfriend had never stayed at a hotel that that before. It was a very lovely experience for him because the hotel provided a nice cake and champagne to celebrate his birthday. We actually live in Tbilisi, and it was a nice getaway, even within the city. The staff was extremely friendly and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I didn't want to leave the hotel, I was so happy to be there.

If you want to see not only the old Tbilisi, but also to get quality service, luxurious white bed and comfortable mattress you are here. Also don't be lazy and go to the gym and spa in the morning. Dry saunas, hammam, jacuzzi, indoor pool, outdoor pool all here. And the terrace overlooking Tbilisi at night.
