Very good hotel and the best gym equipment!

The hotel facilities are great. The room was very nice,good size,receiving every day 2 bottles of mineral water. The breakfast was exceptionall. The distance from center was reasonable and with the help of bolt taxi it was easy and cheap to get the center. .

The only reason of reducing the stay was that we arrived about 10:30 in the morning, asking if they have already the rooms. The answer was yes we have but it will cost you 80€+tax" it never happened so before in any hotel,shame on you SHERATON

Terrible experience — do not recommend! We booked a room for a week in Tbilisi and paid $1200+, but it turned out to be the worst experience ever. The room was dirty and dusty. No all hygiene products were provided. Requested cleaning, but no one ever showed up the entire day. There was no bidet spray in the bathroom. They promised to bring one but never did. They also charged a $100+ deposit without any clear explanation why and said it would be refunded at checkout, but it has been 4 days since we checked out and the amount has not been returned yet. For this amount of money, we expected a completely different level of service. I strongly do not recommend this place!

I loved Sheraton Tblisi and I think it is the best hotel in tblisi. Facilities are amazing, staff is super excellent, breakfast buffet superb. outdoor pool vibes are anazing, indoor pool, sauna, steam rooms and ice bath. I had a booking when I arrived from 25 July to 30 and booked again as I went somewhere in between not in tblisi. if i go back to tblisi i wont think twice and will book sheraton.

nothing i did not like and I miss it

The pool is very comfortable, clean and stylish. The breakfast and the food of restaurants was very tasty and high level.

The room was dirty in some places!!!! And the personal speak very bad in english, but they are kind and personable🙂

The overall experience was excellent : breakfast was rich and tasty every morning, the beds were very comfortable with two types of pillows to choose from, and the room service was efficient and friendly. The dishes we ordered through room service were delicious, and their prices were surprisingly affordable. Free parking A great choice for families, very comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended.

We called the reception to ask for towels and no one appeared and brought towels we had to use same used one from day before as the housekeeper came to clean the room and asked her to come but she didn't....

Location, dust in the room

We enjoyed our stay, the spa and pool were highlights, both very relaxing. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality of food.

Overall, everything was good – the service and experience met expectations. However, the facilities and rooms would benefit from more regular and detailed maintenance to ensure they remain in top condition. Addressing minor wear and upkeep could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Hello, the hotel service was very bad, unfortunately, and they gave me a very bad room and charged me for a luxury king room. It is really a shame that your hotel service is so low quality.

Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff! Pool and spa facilities are new.

The room is very small, the shower as well - for a 5 star hotel in a bad neighborhood and without own territory it is disappointing. The outside pool is also very small.

Friendly staff, warm atmosphere made stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to enjoy each morning. the dining area was beautiful, adding to the overall experience. The food was always refilled, and the fresh juices were real highlight. I especially enjoyed the cucumber juice.
