Strange smell from bathroom, but isn’t a big problem

The building is old, so there is no elevator, The room is very tight, suitable for short stays only.

The location is great, right in the center of the city with everything around you. The room has everything you expect for the value you pay for. The staff will try to help you as much as they can. The balcony they have is nice

There are quite a bit of stairs and no elevator… so if ine has a lot of luggage it might be a problem. The room with the bathtub could use some maintenance and the internet was very wobbly. Everything working and I could use it but the bath tap requires attention. The wifi was unstable, I had to use my magti sim and hotspot my computer to be able to work most of the time. The staff was very nice but didn’t speak a word of English so we communicated with a translator.

It’s really peaceful and cute and much cheaper than other places in Tblisi. It’s in the museum area, half an hour away from the buzz of the old city, but close to the funicular. I appreciated the peace and the fact of not being surrounded by tourists.

Could not find the entrance to the building as there is not reception on ground floor and as a tourist you can be really lost without big signs and a host

There’s 4 flights of stairs and no Elevator, Which is only an issue if you have luggage with you

Having to pay in cash was very inconvenient and kind of unacceptable in this day and age. This requirement should be VERY CLEARLY stated on the booking. A few bits of damage in the room including the bed's headboard and spotlights above the bed not working.

The woman who checked us in was lovely. The room was fine with a nice balcony, while in terms of location you are right in the heart of action in central Tbilisi. For the price you would be hard pushed to find a more economical hotel.

Lots of stairs at the entrance till room, there is smell came from toilet which ı recommended to shut the door which pretend to expand the smell at least a little bit. People are very lovely but cant speak english, it will better to have translator for easy communication.

The location was perfect on the Shota Rustaveli avenue which is very center, the room was very hot and cozy with a lovely balcony. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, sheets are very clean. The hotel is very secured with different codes, well protected. Smarttv is available for netflix etc.

We had bad luck with the door handles, the terrace door wouldn't close completely and the bathroom door refused to close at all

The location was very good, plus our plane was delayed and the hotel agreed to let us stay one more night.

I requested the instructions for check-in and parking but they didn't sent... and check-in was a nightmare... we didn't know the code to enter the main entrance of the building... after half hour waiting somebody from that building opened the door and let us go in... another code also needed to enter that hotels entrance door which we didn't know also... after many knocks somebody opened that door and we were able to check-in... parking story is also similar.. they have parking space but they don't inform where it is and how to enter.. you need to park the car somewhere in the center of the city and go to check-in to learn how to park the car...

The water from the shower went out and all the area of the toilet and the shower was completely wet, also the door was thin so every talk between people in the next room or from outside in the lobby was like they were with us in the room so our sleeping was very poor , for our luck it was only for one night , unfortunately not a good experience although the staff are very nice , poor construction and every little noise from the outside is heard inside the room

30 Stairs; as far as i see in the profile, nothing has been mentioned about 30 stairs and 2 floors to the rooms. In compare with other 3 hotels during my trip, the owner of this hotel wasn’t online and available mostly but no serious problem really. The fridge was so small.

It’s a little hard to find the hotel when you arrive for the first time as it’s hidden on a 4th floor, so I wish the instructions with directions were sent prior to arrival for guests.

A good bathtub like this is an amazing rare find in Tbilisi! The location of the hotel is incredible as well!

It was my second time staying in Aparthotel and I think I will come back here again. The location is very central, very close to all places of interest, cafes and bars.

Not really an apartment - very limited - cups, plates or bowls, none in room and kitchen very limited also Lady who let us in was kind, but does not speak English. I’d recommend contacting the owner prior to your arrival to guide you inside otherwise you might struggle to get in

We stayed in the apartment with balcony. I recommend this room in particular as it is not on the attic level (ie. Not too hot), when I walked up to the kitchen I was so glad I wasn’t in one of those rooms. The room faces the street so there is traffic noise and depending on your sleep sensitivity this place may not be the best As for the room - it is memorable and beautiful high ceilings, arch windows, so much light and a lovely space to spend your afternoon in. Also a really big space for the price You are close to all of the museums !

The communication was lacking while there. I didn't have any instructions on wifi, cleaning schedule, or check out. However, they are available on WhatsApp to ask.

Tea kettle in room was not appropriate and I had to use one in the common room. Also it would be better to have own plate/spoon/knife in the room, there was only a cup. The shower and toilet were in the same space, so after taking a shower you have to wait until the floor dries to use the toilet. The wi-fi signal was very weak so I can barely use it.

Location is excellent. The room overlooked the backyard, so it was not noisy. Nice balcony where you can have breakfast. Great pleasant staff, always helpful and trying to solve problems.
