Liked that it matched the description of how they advertised completely. Basic but very clean and friendly. The hotel staff was responsive and very friendly. They are pet friendly and it is really nice to see. The hotel manager gave us excellent advise on things we asked about. I would come back again.

Rooms are pretty old. At first the hot water didn't work, but it was fixed within an hour. I think the price could have been lower too, considering there was only one bathroom for all 7 people.

Great value for the price. It is modern, clean, nicely designed, looks newly renovated. Beds are very comfortable, the views are great, there are pine trees in the front yard, playground in the back yard, balconies are quite spacious. Food in the restaurant is tasty, prices are average, waiters are a bit slow, but polite and helpful. They provide beach towels and beach chairs. Beach is 50 meters, across a very small road. Staff is helpful. Unlike in most other Georgian hotels on the Black sea coast, they clean rooms every day and change towels and sheets every three days, without any reminders or requests.

Since we stayed during the early season, not all menu items were available, and the wine selection was quite limited. However, the administrator did his best to offer alternatives — you can count on him to find a solution to most of your requests.

We came to town for a concert and chose to stay at this hotel — and it turned out to be a great choice! The hotel is clean and well-kept, with a calm and beautifully maintained territory that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the swallow’s nest” in the restaurant area — it added a charming touch to the whole experience. The food was good, and the administrator was very responsive and supportive throughout our stay. They have sun lingers you can take to the beach. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would gladly recommend this place to others.

The best land-lord ever, when you come the 2d time he always remember you and gives you everything you can ask-a cattle, glasses etc. I love the feeling when you wake up-the walls are white and sun is shining.

Might be too loud for those who come without kids, the rooms are cleaned only on the 3rd night and there is no way to clean ourselves - may be a mob would be useful, Wi-Fi was not working well.

Best location in Shekvetili, amazing restaurant, very friendly service, a lot of facilities for kids - they hang out in the back yard, there are movies / cartoons in the evening, there are games with kids every day at 16. Great place for a big company.

Everything was perfect!

This is the best vibe on the entire Georgian coast! Great combination of hotel, staff and sea within 1 minute walk! There is nothing superfluous in the room, and downstairs there is a restaurant with European food, which even has Finnish fish soup! Special thanks to Roman for the atmosphere!

We stayed for one night only and didn't come across anything we didn't like.

The hotel is very cute and very comfortable. It is in a 3-minute walk from the Sea shore. The food was amazingly yummy. The rooms were big and clean. Highly recommend from a family with kids.

The room was nicely decorated and faced the sea. The black sandy beach is just a view steps away. Breakfast was not included but the restaurant of the hotel offers a lot of choice.

We were at the 4th floor and I had to take my luggage by myself. It’s ok that I’m young and strong but it would be better if someone could help.

I really like the distinction, it’s very close to the beach and the beach is very clean with black sand. It’s absolutely beautiful. I like the design of the room and helps to feel beside the nature.

There is nothing to be worth mentioning

It is amazing how the commodities harmonize with the environment and the staff makes it even more attractive ♡ There are real simple pleasures in life, caught in this little paradise-ish place, with magical surroundings and delicious food included ☆ A huge thanks to amazing owner and the manager, who have thought of every tiny detail, even the small library in a lobby. All paintings and wooden decorations are handmade and unique. Respect to everyone, trying to make a stay really fun and unforgettable. I felt myself home and will definitely return ♡

Probably, The most visited place for us this summer. Absolutely enjoyed the place, the atmosphere. It’s very simple, but extremely cozy. Feels like we had vacation for our soul every time we came there. The stuff is very friendly, the food is delicious, the beach is so close and so quiet! There is children zone as well☺️

Maybe for only English speakers there are some language barriers in communications, but the staff is very supportive to overcome them. The local hotel taxi might be a bit overpriced, but possible to negotiate the prices.

Amazing location a short walk away from the seaside. Everyone was very friendly, and the place has its own restaurant with excellent food.

A very nice and cosy hotel. It's like you're resting somewhere by the Mediterranean. Very friendly and expectant service from the staff. Restaurant on the first floor with good service and delicious food. Importantly, the hotel is animal friendly.

The restaurant staff and the services: no milk for breakfast (!) for coffee or tea, the overcharge for the teabag tea just because they poured more hot water (!) into the mug, a lot of items from the menu are not available to order. Not recommending or coming back for sure.
